... then if you don't necessarily want to restrict their ability to raise funds but simply want to make sure you have the opportunity & option to partake in any raise you just need to vote AGAINST the resolution for disapplication of pre-emption rights (usually follows the resolution regarding the authority to raise) ... in this way they can raise as they 'ALWAYS' do but we as existing shareholders get first dibs at the trough ...

...and of course voting AGAINST issuing the authority to raise doesn't mean they can't ... it just means they'd need to identify in advance what a raise is for, the rationale, price, how much/many & then request shareholder approval to proceed ... that way we can keep the focus on Amapa if we still own it .....

As already stated though, although I very much doubt it due to time-frames, hopefully they'll have sold Amapa in its entirety by then & I won't need to worry about how I vote at the AGM this year.

..... it's a delayed reported trade from late Friday & looking at the trades & during today I reckon it's probably a sell which has serviced some of the larger purchases ... for me quite possibly one of the 'special ones' who took part on the 1.5p placing whose finally got bought & thought what the hell after the placing @ 1.27p to someone possibly more 'special' ... don't take that to the bank though, just my opinion... not that that's worth much LoL

..if you're referring to the 16:28 trade what makes you think it was a buy? ...

...however having not once IMO having achieved any success whatsoever in any project or investment that provided any return whatsoever to the PI's who've funded the company, the BoD & all the wild goose chases they've invested our money into ... it's now AMAPA or bust IMO & I sincerely hope it's sold in its entirety before the next AGM so I don't have to exercise my rights to vote in it

... just to get my ten penneth in early as previous years seem to have gone unheeded... ....sophisticated because they've got the funds to remain anonymous whilst taking an immediate near 20% profit on their investment - whilst the hoi polloi PI's who've funded wages & lifestyles of the BoD whilst lining the pockets of those same sophisticated investors over the last xx years attempt to chase the price down in the hope of breaking even, a small profit or just wait sitting on unrecoverable huge losses ... throwing in the odd we've given ourselves rewards/options at xxxp for the gullible to read, spout & cling onto as a realistic or guaranteed SP!!!
