Just my opinion but in my view last week's RNS did not address any of the social media or other posts, assessments, statements by any party wherever geographically located regarding any of the online alleged irregularities in respect to the removal, asset stripping of locomotives or equipment of the Amapa railway, nor did it address the comments surrounding formal or informal investigation of the above, nor did it address any commentary, supposition, guesswork or posts of those who might or might not be involved in the activities & actions around the identification or activities surrounding turning any part(s) of the Amapa railway, it's equipment or infrastructure into anything other than a commercially operated railway network belonging in it's entirety to Dev Mineracao, and as such it might be assumed that DEV Mineracao and those responsible for the Amapa project are satisfied that all allegations & activities are within their remit, control, potential partnership, alliance or co-operation.
I mention this in case any of the above allegations or activities has a future detrimental impact on the Amapa project as outlined, published & stated by the KDNC board and company to its present, past, or future investors for whom the above might impact on decisions on whether to:
a) Newly invest or reinvest in KDNC shares.
b) Continue to hold or increase their shareholding in KDNC shares
c) Sell entirely or decrease their shareholding in KDNC shares.
If there requires to be any addressing or redress of losses incurred by investing or being invested as a KDNC shareholder as a result of the above, the opportunity to address any of the above was not taken, either knowingly or unknowingly, by the KDNC board of directors and as such I believe if it becomes apparent or necessary that these matters should have been identified and the risks whether potential or real should have been specifically covered so that investors could make informed investment decisions then they should be challenged on & held accountable for any such omission(s) whether intentional or not
