It's already a cash shell & has been for 5&1/2 months ... if they don't RTO in the next 2 weeks then next step is a removal off AIM altogether.

What we need is an Amapa sale for good value or a JV with a major/miner who'll foot the remainder of the associated costs of further development rehabilitation .... Sonora's dead for years yet IMO with no certain outcome, we're likely to sell out if Evergreen at the first opportunity, EMH is already gone ... couldn't care less about Hesperian at the moment as it'll be just st another millstone for some time if we proceed ....

Amapa is key for me right now & I can only hope that something is sorted/announced by the end of or just after this quarter finishes.

...reads to me that the raise will be at a 30% discount to the SP at the time of placement following shareholder approval at the EGM ..... so I'd expect the price to be walked down to make it as attractive as possible to those that will be buying into it .... ho hum AIM's the game

....our history is full of unfulfilled statements, timelines & guidance regarding any number of projects & investments that have subsequently become impossible to realise ... at least this project is still on the 'just maybe' side of things ... for now at least considering they initially indicated we'd be back up and operational in 2021 a year since is nothing .... Just means the ASK is probably set too high & probably more accurately should be around the 1.65p mark .... no different to the sell I made elsewhere earlier which was shown as a buy because the Bid was lower than it should have been ....

Indeed .... hence why is sold this morning for a 50% profit (showed as a buy here due to bid/ask .... I'm not generally a trader as you know but it was a no brainer for me for a quick return & I may well be back for some more if & when I feel like it... as for UKOG no that won't be getting a punt from me regardless ....VLTH elsewhere as you know ....
