...more like an acceptance their 29p options, like all previous rewards & options, will never come to pass so a quick rearrangement of the goalposts to ensure they can line their pockets at PI expense .... although bizarrely I hope you're right if I can also exit on the back of them exercising these IMO opportunistically greedy options as well ...

....there are any number of scenarios that could play out & most of them could easily result in the BoD exercising their 2p options ... if the due diligence results in us withdrawing it means €430k of exploration expenditure is saved & could be used elsewhere as well as the removal of the issue of €175k of shares to the vendors - but there are any number of other things to consider as well ... sooner Amapa advances the better...

.... I guess the only plus here now is that with the £1M raise the issue of introducer & vendor shares & their blood sucking 2p options they've utilized their authority (£1M nominal) to allot shares granted this year in its entirety .... hopefully shareholders have learnt from this & won't be quite so willing to grant it again this year if we get that far .... got my fingers crossed I'll be out prior to this years AGM on the back of a juicy Amapa sale &/or dividend but who knows 🤔

...exactly why on earth would they exercise them at 2p today anyway when they can buy on the open market for less, there's plenty selling their placing shares for 20% to cover it ... but if anyone's uncertain then perhaps they could ask someone who's got the BoD's ear can ask for clarification - you up for that as well Jimb2 🤣

Unusually options vesting are more often than not tied to performance milestones or targets being met - yet in this instance they've just gifted them to themselves .... does make me think they might be doubtful of ever being able to exercise the options at 29p - remember those the ones that certain people pinned their hopes on as being nailed on just because they were there PMSL ....

... anyway it does make me wonder if something isn't to be soon upon us - shameful though it is IMO I still think they'll be plenty worshipping at their feet if there is 🤷🏼‍♂️ ...

...well you're not missing much .... other than they haven't spent a penny & the company hasn't got any funds in for it & it hasn't had the same impact as any placing because the shares have until 2030 to be exercised .....

No reward options are generally at a premium & they won't exercise them until it's clear they can make a profit on selling them ... could mean a lot of things ...as I've said they'll quite probably get a chance to exercise these ones IMO otherwise we really are in the $HlTTER .... they might be eyeing up an eye watering return on a dividend if it's issued or an exercise if the company's sold ..... it's a game of how many ways can I skin this cat & get away with it for our BoD IMO .... oh & an 'up yours' to everyone else ...although I suspect they'll also be many singing their plaudits & slapping them on their backs for a job well done if anything good does happen ....hey ho it's the way it goes 😂

Absolutely ZIP IMO & underlines how poorly they've performed .... if anything ever happened to schedule as provided we probably wouldn't be here ..... Like IF the licence approval had occured they probably wouldn't have needed to raise at 1.5p & wouldn't be in a position to milk out more awards @ 2p .... I recall someone suggesting that perhaps the delay was orchestrated & managed for some reason & am begining to see the potential benefit for our BoD's pockets as a result .... suitcase my A£#E it's just an oversized wallet!!

...gee thanks @ Jimb2 - today's RNS wasn't what I was hoping you'd ask them for at all - I think they've lined their pockets enough at our expense haven't they .... probably as a result of them not participating in the 1.5p raise - this is the best they've come up with to compensate themselves & continue the milking process .. 🤬
