...no it quite clearly states @ 2p per share .... it's like pigs snuffling at a trough where their share options become unreachable they set themselves more at a lower price .... twice previously they awarded themselves options & have yet to exercise any .... at least they've got a better chance with these what with Amapa hopefully coming to fruition .... as I said pigs snuffling at the trough whilst we get constantly diluted .... disgusting IMO

.....other than those purchased by the directors @ 2.5p ... they've all been flipped already or in the process of ....the vast majority to PI's averaging down or those building/taking a position as the SP has probably now been completely trashed by the BoD (& hopefully as much as it will be ....but then I thought that after the raise at 2.5p!!)

...even & if so it's just numbers on a piece of paper ... I worked for a company that borrowed $3M a year (for 10 years) from its parent at a fixed interest rate & when the company was sold (for £1) the debt was simply written off by the patent .... PBA wholly own DEV ... it's just putting money in different pockets of the same trousers IMO

....& until a single shareholder now owns, controls or crosses the threshold of around 9M shares on their own we're unlikely to get one

...not sure why you think we're accruing interest on our investment into Amapa @ TC ... our investment has been converted into an equity stake in PBA & the $500k loan we made way back when with the 18% ticket (plus the interest) along with management & costs was converted into equity as part of that $14.3M ....

...somewhere between the SCAP of 120M or an SP of 30p & an SCAP of nearly 300M (30Bn pre-consolidation - they've well exceeded even my worst fears!!) & an SP of 1.5p 🤔

Oh no not again .... a week after the last time there is was no problem getting quotes to sell loads was the RNS of the £1M raise 🤬

....cos we haven't got the money to repay & they're getting 9.5% interest on the debt or we've agreed to cough up even more .....

KDNC have also been selling down over an extended period of time so there's not now suddenly 6M shares available at all .... what they've sold over time has already been absorbed.....
