Of course we know that .... but I'm talking about the ownership of PBA not the ownership of Dev (which is now owned 100% by PBA courtesy of the JRP.) we had been invited in at the JV level which was originally 100% Indo's who relinquished 27% to us for $6M (they retained 73% & then smaller chunks since for cash & management ...

.... as I recall the banks have their own stockpiles secured separately to those secured by Indo, which I think are worth more than $50M .... also surely now that $50M of Indo's Stockpiles will be converted to 67.5% ,DR steel .....

It was Indo's project full stop and rather than throw money (they didn't have) they invited us in ... they held 100% of PBA initially and hived off chunks of it to us for the 27% ($6M) and subsequently smaller chunks for cash & management considerations...

...it's just indicative of the AIM cess pit & investing in AIM Co's generally which most traders have got wise too, historically & ongoing PI's have just been bled dry .... raises need to be at such a discount to get any interest from the usual suspects/mates & Directors which is why I voted against res 5 at the AGM ...if more had done so we'd have to have been offered in on the raise & the reasons for the need for it indicated .... those who voted for all the resolutions have allowed/permitted raising - no point crying about it now IMO.

....and to answer the question the 'grey' trades are due to one of the following reasons....

a) they're delayed reported (check timestamps)

b) they're slap bang in the middle of the bid/ask

c) they're tolled over (delayed) or subject to correction/reconfirmation from the previous day

d) they're a correction to an earlier trade

All part of the flavour of the stew ...

Voted - for all resolutions at the AGM - to raising millions of shares ....

...with the exception of myself and a handful of other smaller shareholders ....the majority of shareholders voted to all raising millions of shares unchecked - what do you think they were going to do with the authorisations? ..& I suspect any reply if you get one will simply outline that they've acted within the permissions granted to them - but good luck ...

Indicates PBA (the JV partners) have been loading with SEMA .... so whilst it might be easy to blame DEV or use them (for us) as a scapegoat I'm not so sure from how the above is phrased & then the question is who from the JV partners has been taking the lead for the project??

....I can only assume that holding the 'concessions' to the railway doesn't necessarily mean you can run a train on it .... similarly to holding mining concessions but then additionally requiring exploration/mining permits before you can put a drill in the ground.....
