.....indeed TC, a sale for good value would be my preference though & I think they should be able to achieve something better than the usual 'discount' might be considering that some of the risks/concerns there might be at the forefront of thinking in the case of Amapa don't exist in that the mine, railway, port, logistical supply & customer base have all previously existed already & we know there are still customers in the market for it ..... as I've said it's all guesswork at the moment as to what form the progression takes & hopefully we'll find out soon!!

...yes at the last raise Jimb ... when everyone was aware & it was in the public domain that 'discussions' we're taking place .... we don't know what, if anything, has changed since the last placing..... hey ho hopefully we will soon though!!

@Jimb ... of course anything is possible but I really can't help feeling that if a sale of the asset is made it will also ultimately be the end of Cadence ...(Id certainly be thinking & working in that direction) .... & If you want some thinking behind that read on . ...

EMH - we're all but sold out of so nothing left there in any event.

EG1 is easy to divvi out to shareholders on a 100+ to 1 basis.

MEX if as & when it ever gets resolved it might be divided out on a pro rat basis however depending on the cost/reward it might be prudent just walk away or take a small amount of recompense from the MX govt to walk away ...say a recovery of costs ($5M)

Pay the balance of the MEZZ loan & it's all done & dusted ....

...... Indeed & there's nothing to say that a deal isn't already in play & signed contingent on & triggered by full licences.

Just wild speculation & wishful thinking though 😂

....of course there'll be continued investment into Amapa (unless or until it's sold at least) if not in cash in Kiran's time (which is also a cost to us) that's just one of the elements that require funding though ....as to restructuring the loan it already has options to pay in shares built into it I just hope if that's necessary at some point it's not at this SP (or lower!!) ... restructuring always ends up costing more & being more damaging IMO

Indeed @ Jimb .... in the same way that it puzzles me that after regular updates & postings on linked in there's been no further posts for the past 5&1/2 months .... despite a constant increasing in the number of followers - can't know why obviously but I personally like to think it's because we're keeping something or someone under the radar ... but who knows 🤔 😂

Past raises are just that ... in the past & my comment on it has no relevance to things past but things to come .... we are close to or already have sold out of EMH ... we cannot sell Evergreen (yet) & we have limited cash ..... with the MEZZ loan ongoing/running costs & salaries to fund....

....there's nothing to say of course that if a JV partner / buyer is looking at this they wouldn't also pay off the banks (as has been suggested on more than one occasion) & then hold onto the stockpiles for re-processing to 67.5% ...in the new commissioned plant ....

....the reality of where we are is simply too much for some to hear & bear - hence the garbage & accusations thrown around by a few ... well one 😂

.... what's holding us down is uncertainty over funding for Amapa progression &/or the potential of a raise/issue of shares for our own continual running costs & loan repayment.

The licences are a critical element (but only an element) of this & will hopefully open the door promptly for a JV partner or sale for fair value .... the sooner the better.

Excluding any potential news from Mexico or Evergreen (EMH now irrelevant) which might shift it a smidge, what RNS lands next could be an absolute game changer or a clanger ....
