...all well & good MLQ & I think it's about time KM & Co gave us an update on what's happening since effectively putting everything on ice pending the licences in December especially considering that the very same authorities that are required to approve the railway are those invited to turn it into some sort of museum & tourist attraction, with no mention of Dev or commercial freight operations at all except to say that there was a project in 2021 that didn't go anywhere!!!!

Our joint venture has continued to engage with SEMA and other relevant authorities. SEMA recently requested that the Amapá project obtain standard clearances from federal, state, and municipal authorities for the railway license. These have been submitted, and we are awaiting responses. We have requested an update regarding the timeline and will inform the market once SEMA has provided guidance.

LoL ... Licences!!! We've never had a realistic timeframe on anything .... EVER!!!

Nor has anything EVER provided anything of a return to investors ... everything we've ever got involved in has only EVER cost PI's their investment in a cycle of ever increasing shares & an ever declining SP on failed investments & projects .... AMAPA is very much the last dance in town IMO

A) whether we've started selling yet now they're 85% down on their listing price?

b) when they'll change their name from Evergreen Lithium to Evergreen Gold or similar reflecting their pivotal change to a transformational project in a burgeoning commodity?

c) how long before Evergreen sell their lithium assets to focus on their gold projects?

d) what measures we took to mitigate this & protect our interests?

Maybe none of it has or will happen but just wondering if it will & if so when?

Roll on Amapa ... Please provide us with an exit door

Depends what happening (if anything) with Hesperian .... if we want to continue with Hesperian but they want more (which is likely) we haven't got it ...they maxxed out their placing authority granted last year for the Hesperian deal (& their cheap options) ... so would need to come back to shareholders for further approvals if that was the case ..... if we're out of the picture with Hesperian then they have the cash raised in the previous raise plus the remainder of the placing allocation earmarked for the Hesperian deal ......

We're out of EMH as I previously indicated we would be for little/no reward and probably an overall loss IMO.

Leaves us with Amapa & EGI & the scattered ashes of Sonora ....

EG1 are likely changing their focus to the gold assets just purchased from IMI so we won't be getting any of the milestone rewards any time soon, they'll need money to progress the gold assets from an already collapsed SP so pick the bones out of that.

Sonora - who knows but probably still years away from anything if anything being ruled up on & then years of protest & counter protest are likely to follow regardless of the original ruling - seen it all before.

So Amapa is about the only thing of any value that might do anything in the near to medium term IMO so long as that doesn't get stuffed up either by us or some outside force (if it hasn't been already) .... sometimes no news is goods news but historically that hasn't proven the case here as the anti-midas touch of our BoD has proven time & time again turning everything they touch to s#it 😂

Come on & get Amapa sold for a few 00' M net and shut the show down .... 🤞🏼🤞🏼

None really - Jimb just likes bigging up the neighbours like it'll reduce the amount of capital & work that Evergreen will have to do on their tenements even though they now seem more likely to be focused on the gold assets they've just bought from IMI who've given them up after they were spun out by MacArthur who didn't have the money or will or both to develop it seems 😂

... id they haven't yet or are unable to obtain the 'standard clearances' they've requested from Federal, State & Municipal authorities SEMA wouldn't be able to provide guidance on anything ... as I also said when the delay was announced poor planning, preparation & understanding around the requirements before spouting off about timelines are in play here IMO.

... LoL ... You really can't make this up, below is from EG1"s overnight RNS regarding their previous announcement (reminded me of the Leogang farce!!) ... dot these guys (or ours) ever do their DD properly ... wouldn't have been out of place in a two Ronnie's sketch 🤣

Caused an ~8% drop in EG1"s SP overnight increasing the loss to KDNC on their listing price - come on just sell everything up & divi out the proceeds ... anything over $100M Nett for Amapa works just fine for me 🤔

...yeah that's all great & also thanks for the cut & paste otherwise I might've missed it 😂 ... anyway:

a) EG1's SP has dropped back to being over 80% down on listing.

b) the KDNC Milestone shares are all tied to performance & progress linked to the LIchfield Lithium tenements.

c) these Gold tenements were sold by Infinity Mining ... you remember the spin-off from MacArthur minerals created specifically to develop the Gold - that worked out well for them as they also now hold a chunk of EG1 with more to come based on milestones for the Leonora Gold projects.

INIFINITY MINING ARE CONFIDENT THE LEONORA GOLD TENEMENTS WILL BE PROGRESSED BY EG1.

....as I said yesterday not necessarily great for KDNC IMO

.... not great news for KDNC though .... diverts attention away from the assets tied to future performance/milestones linked to KDNC ... significantly dilutes our holding in EG1 & removes us as the highest holder, SP still just under 80% down on the listing price & unlikely to get back there ... more raises & dilution to follow I reckon whilst we inevitably sell out whilst it's down if history & past performance is anything to go by ...

....doubt it, it was 17 employees for zonks, went down to 16 now back to 17 - I suspect it was someone departing end April who finished early for whatever reason with the replacement starting 01st May .... no certainty on any of it of course though ...

....back up to 17 employees so probably just a departure & hire ..... at least it shows someone's updating the page even if there hasn't been any posts in over 10 months ...
