Failure to return any value to shareholders whilst drawing a healthy salary funded by shareholders - definitely yes IMO.

Failure to return any value value to shareholders from any investment into any project or 3rd parties - definitely... so far yes IMO

Crooks - certainly not & if Amapa gets over the line for good value all of the above will become irrelevant & quickly forgotten IMO Amapa is now the only reason I'm still here - to be fair there isn't anything else to hang on for - Evergreen's worth very little & Sonora ...well who knows & that's yer lot .... Focus should IMO be totally on getting Amapa over the line now hopefully a complete sell out returning significantly to the company & it's shareholders

...you need to check with your broker(s) many of the larger ones simply have a voting option included that's reasonably easy to locate & utilise - if it's not your broker should advise how ....

... it's you're right to do so, if you don't mind issuing the BoD with an unchecked authority to issue another 100M shares & don't mind being excluded from the opportunity to partake then simply vote for options 4&5 at the AGM ... if like me & a few others (it would seem) you've had enough of unchecked investing into failing projects & investments without your specific agreement &/or tired of being excluded from any such raises vote AGAINST resolutions 4&5 at the AGM or very simply generally via your broker

...submission isn't the same as granting surely last year's submission circus & the subsequent events is clear evidence of that fact ....

I was getting quotes @ 2.08p for much higher volume than that .... More hmmmm 🤔

I'd be happier if there was some real good sized trading going on all these low 6 figure share trades are OK but it's only PI's speculating or grabbing profits from a small rise IMO .,. what I'd like to see are a few more 7 figure buying trades going through & pushing up the SP fingers crossed there's a nice Chinese buyer out there who's got a minimum £50M to buy KDNC hostile or negotiated suits me !!

... hmmm indeed this could have something to do with our recent rise, everyone knows there are good relations between Brazil & China, everyone knows that the Chinese previously purchased Amapa iron ore & the more recent interest in it shown by the Chinese etc although apart from the odd larger trade most of the trading still looks small PI sized ....but hmmmm 🤔 😂

...the only wasted vote is one that isn't cast - they all could regardless of which side of the fence your on ... personally at this juncture the only things I have a preference on is resolutions 4 & 5 ...no more unchecked dilution & no more being sidelined of involvement in a raise if so authorised by the majority of shareholders ...hence my voting AGAINST resolutions 4 & 5 and I would urge anyone else who feels the same to do the same .... If you don't vote don't complain

...I'm beginning to think it might be an 'expectation' bubble, hopefully not but just in case be prepared for the 'POP'

...scared them away or the 'Single' investor never existed in the first place & more for us PI's to swallow, the longer there's no TR1 the more certain I am we've been led up the Garden path AGAIN ... I await the AGM result with increased interest though now as the mystery remains, each must vote as their pockets/conscience/feelings permit but I have fingers firmly crossed that resolutions 4&5 get heavily voted AGAINST ... especially 5 in sufficient numbers to deny it, 4 as well would be very welcome ...

....first time it dropped below 2p was 17th Dec last year when they raised £1M at 1.5p (over a 40% discount) for yet another failed rainbow chase with Hesperian never happened although it cost so months is more accurate than years ... monies gone & we now have our currently 'silent' 'sophisticated' investor who've grabbed ~10% of the company for £400k ... want more of the same volume vote FOR all the resolutions ... had enough of the unchecked dilution & exclusion vote against resolutions 4&5 ....

...indeed & the stated 'single sophisticated investor' took an immediate stake of just under 10% & it wouldn't take too many 1M plus purchases to push it over 10% if they were so inclined!!
