Hopefully ... we'll get some really positive Amapa news prior to them needing to place - any good news now should have a positive impact on the SP & mean they can raise higher than we are currently... fingers crossed

Shouldn't be too much to expect considering the narrative being delivered around the Azteca interim project ... they just need to get on with moving the project forward or selling it .... if the latter for at least 3 times our cost to date

15p works well for me ... might be silly from the perspective that it's too much but if not perhaps you'd be lucky to escape with a 50% drop ... my vote is a definite yes & yippee at 15p ...

...the other positive (or negative depending on your viewpoint) is that your exposure to any future raise (this year at least) will be linked to the volume you hold ....

Still hoping for a sell out of Amapa for at least a minimum of 3x (but hopefully more) our investment to date.🤞🏼

Let's face it the reason resolution 5 was pulled was because it failed miserably & most likely with a much greater margin than voted against 4 but by withdrawing it they could position it that all resolutions were passed rather than one had failed!! ...

Whilst an underwritten placing is one possible course to raise funds another might be that if a party or parties of potential real value to existing shareholders (as shareholders also view it) wanted a take a position in the company that could also be done quite easily via an EGM seeking specific shareholder approval to place to them ...

Fact is the SP has held up at the moment despite the withdrawal of res 5 & a strong message of shareholder dissatisfaction at dilution has finally been sent & received loud & clear.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if another placing wasn't already in the pipeline but we'll not know now I guess, they had advised that the progress for Azteca would be funded by whoever joined us for it, but there's still other costs that need to be covered & whilst I'd like to think that the funds raised for the failed Hesperian deal paid of the "rearranged" loan payable in installments till Nov 25 settled it I doubt very much that it did - but that it probably was diverted (hopefully) into Amapa.

Amapa should now be our focus IMO & potentially a sale for a realistic value that at a minimum at least trebles what we've invested into it would be acceptable ... to me at least.

but that's just my thoughts & wishes at least ...

...it's hopefully a wake up that PI's want results now, there's no joy in the result for me, just a feeling of relief that when a call for cash comes we can't be sidelined from it, it won't hit like a bolt out of the blue & will hopefully be for something that progresses what we've got rather than another rainbow chase ... with 4 being passed they can still raise, they can even have it underwritten by someone willing to take up any shares PI's don't subscribe for ... 5 was removed because it was going to fail anyway... despite the increase in votes cast the increase in discontent expressed surpassed it comfortably... Whilst I'm pleased with the outcome I don't think any one person can or should take credit for the way the voting panned out ... it's bigger than just this share chat forum & the like minded here.

Now hopefully we'll focus on getting Amapa through it's next stages & phases to the complete exclusion of anything different or new other than what we have in front of us on the table now.

... that'll be Colin Orr-Ewing ... he was Bacanora Minerals prior to Secker ... it's quite a complex tale as Ganfeng disputed the legitimacy of the claim to royalties after they'd purchased Bacanora & he'd passed away ... Trident Royalties are (or at least were) in the frame to purchase the Royalties contingent on COE's estate successfully defending the legal challenge by Ganfeng to declare them invalid ... think that about sums it up ... that's as I recall it anyway assuming it hasn't changed in the intervening years & regardless of what's to come ..

...or was it about the 'partner' for Azteca .... maybe that's what it was .... either way & whether I'm imagining it or not ... It doesn't appear to have happened ....

I've encouraged people to vote & expressed my own desire that at least 5 & if not 4 as well get heavily enough AGAINST (as I have) to fail but everyone must vote as they feel it is is right for them ..... any that don't vote can't really complain about the result ... still got my fingers crossed as I've done so now for several years ...
