...... well personally I hope Frankie comes back in another guise as & when she feels it right for her to do so...seems to me persistently obnoxious & unpleasant posters can do so without obstacle so as & when it's right I look forward to hearing from Frankie at the earliest.

...... yes I can see a lot of posts from a number of posters have have been removed ... I assume from the same thread ... not much from the gruesome twosome either(although the accounts are still live) at the moment either so perhaps they're in jail .... Frankie was posting last night ... really disappointing if she's gone whatever the reason....

Thanks for that MrsB .... that's kept me busy for the last hour or so..... can't see anything about them restarting ops or anything & as with Vale or anyone else if it was them I personally think they have been more likely to book weeks in advance rather than days ....

This is an early night for me still .- never really needed much ... 5 or 6 hours these days is plenty long enough .... I've only relatively recently trained myself/extended it from 4 or 5....& still occasionally will settle for 3 or 4 as it was many moons ago now ..... must be age catching up with that I need so much now LoL :-))

I agree TC there's 2 or 3 vessels just south of the island showing 'out of AIS range' could be any one of them but I also think one at the mouth of the channel could be it...

.... not sure what's going on with my posts today ... it's usually difficult to reread some due to autocorrect now it also seems to be clipping some as well .... perhaps I'm typing too fast for my kindle to keep up :-))

've been in & around shipping for 40 odd years & whilst it's not unheard of last minute charter bookings such as this don't happen everyday .... it's not like booking a slot on a scheduled container ship...

@cause .... 'excited' & 'looking forward to' slightly different... for me it's the latter.

I'm looking at the various legal websites & notices published regarding petitions, rulings & mentioning banks etc..... & then this Iron Ore shipment turns up out if the blue happening within days .... not booked 2-3-4 weeks from now but days...that says something to me like something has 'just' happened to facilitate this......

If this is for DEV (or even now 'our'!!) Ore I do not think they would've made the same 'mistake' as last time by booking it & scheduling it without making sure that all the hurdles & obstacles were cleared I also do not think the port would've have accepted it especially considering it's at such short notice..... I also think if it was for someone else (like vale or some other mine operator) it wouldn't have been booked at such short notice either..... don't forget we'd started moving our Ore months ago to facilitate the booking that didn't happen.

So to sum up in my opinion this is likely a vessel for Dev's ore whether that also comes with our 20% holding or not (which I hope it does) remains to be seen ..... that's my opinion & I am 'looking forward' to next week to find out if I'm right in my thinking.

Indeed TC I agree it needs to wait for the Pro Grace to set off then it will be berthed & start loading Ore .... looking forward to Mon/Tues already :-)
