Yes indeed which is why in the absence of an RNS you should make you're own assessments, judgements & form your own opinions & not rely on (or later blame) others opinions or thoughts to make your choices for you.

Mr C.... are you on something or just a downer? You don't move into a house until you've completed, the exchange of contracts occurs & sets the time/date of completion.

KDNC have stated the will inform when shipments are Underway.... define what underway means... Don't tell me its the first time you've been left scratching your head over what the BoD here have done or stated LoL.

Who thinks the ship is not for Cadence.... I certainly think it is & have said so enough times but it is my opinion after all & not a cast iron 100% guarantee which I've also said .. what hasn't happened that would alleviate the assumption, speculatoo & guesswork is an RNS'd confirmation of this by KDNC - take that as you will....

As always & again NO ONE should be making investment decisions based on ANYTHING posted on these boards by ANYONE if it hasn't been communicated via an RNS.

Huinwha.... you must remember that currently KDNC own nothing of the project or the ore... all of this is currently being ruled & in relation to DEV under the control of the administrators via the courts.... So these rulings & this shipment currently has no tenable reference to us so why would we HAVE to report it, we've only been given updates as to what's occurring as justification for fund raises to support DEV via a loan etc etc.

We were told it would be reported when shipments are underway.... whether that was intended to mean a vessel was booked, loading has commenced or the ship left who knows but other than the loan we really have no 'actual' interest currently in the project or ore.

.... Again in support of Cause post... The REQUEST to petition the higher court to remove the block was trumped in my opionion by the court ruling on the 08th Oct that the authority to ship by the lower Court was upheld by the higher.

Fair point & comment Huinhwa however is not quite the complete picture....

Firstly KDNC don't own anything yet, not 20% of the JV Co nor any of the Ore or control over it they have stated they will announce when shipments are underway..

Secondly as Cause has subsequently pointed out irrespective of whether there was/is bank agreement, the courts ruled that $10M of ore could be shipped which was recently upheld after protest.

Finally other than considering & assuming or calculating if you prefer that this vessel is for DEV 's Ore that is not guaranteed (although as far as I'm concerned personally I think it is)

I suspect if not today after close we'll have news next week if it is/was for DEV's Ore.
