@Obs 10:23 .... indeed as I previously said though if I was or were representing the banks I also would resist & deny shipment at all cost until contracts had been signed & formalised....... BUT ..... there is also a possibility in my opinion that the banks are just using this as a tactic to delay further than we can hold out for .... with the rise in ore prices this project could fall under the radar of someone with much deeper available funds & experience than we have & be able royal move forward much quicker..... i wonder how secure our future (current NIL) interests are in the face of an aporoach by a well funded company with suffiecient in the bank to settle all historic debts & fund reinstatement without having yours nah, borrow & plead whilst stumbling from over one hurdle to confront the next - just another thought.

wherever it is, if it actually occurs they really need to ensure to conduct a full & rigorous set of tests & due diligence to ensure its safety & integrity.... hint of risk or worse an accident resulting in injury or death ........

No indications of time frames in below & a shame it wasn't quite so circumspect previously when they were announcing in RNS's shipments were 'planned to commence' on separate occasions & derails to permit were imminent over the past year, but be that as it may it makes me feel a little easier that our 20% appears to be on the cards prior to shipment (just my opinion though).
