yes I did see the court announcements .... couldn't be bothered to try & post in and amongst all the rubbish posted by others on it (MB made a good point though :-) ).

.... it is now possible to me that if Cadence have stopped selling direct assets they may need funds prior to Amapa news (it's now 12 months past the time it was announced shipments were planned to commence) &/or DEV may require a further loan .... I can't see them making payments on or settling the existing loan we made folding them sooner there's potentially a funding gap here that might need filling before Amapa progresses.

I certainly don't profess to know & nor have I (or anyone else from what I can tell) made any suggestions that it means anything specific, good or bad..... I do however hope like you & many others I suspect that it has.

And to restate again ... everyone should do their own thinking & come up with their own conclusions (or theories if you prefer) & not rely on anything posted on these boards ...... if you do the outcome of loss (or reward) is yours alone to bear so don't go blaming (or thanking) others after the event if you can't be bothered to make the effort of taking responsibility of thinking for yourself.

exactly TC .... if there's a 'positive' announcement to come of this it'd be nice if it was already lodged or the BoD can shake their arrises out of bed early for a change so we can have a 7am release.... that way anyone not in & wants to be or who needs to close a position will assist in an uptick, then they & existing holders may need a higher out price or see the value of holding for higher.

....apologies guys been really really busy with work the last 5/6 weeks so haven't spent as much time looking at stuff in detail other than to make passing (generally glib or reminiscent) comment.

if this is a conclusion isn't it possible that it's come about because the bank settlement has been signed & incorporated (from the Nov 2) it read like DEV had agreed to the Banks proposal some months back rather the the banks agreeing to DEV's.

additionally if the bank settlement is agreed the action/case on the permitting of shipments of Ore becomes irrelevant because that was only required because bank settlement hadn't occurred yet.

do we know whether this case is a conclusion to part/all of the JRP process or a case associated to it - I've given up searching for conclusive evidence (many unsuccessful attempts) & don't understand enough of the technical elements &/or links to other possible legal cases/actions to unmuddle it all - anyone know with any certainty what this particular conclusion is a conclusion of?

& where's Obs with his fantastic calculator of many characters with an update of current value based on current mined ready to ship ore & reserves based on current spot & futures pricing LoL....

No need to apologise to me at least MrJ ... although I am also probably one of those your angst was aimed at LoL .... I've not been known much for having any admiration or faith in the BoD over the years .... always have in the JV's though hence hanging in there regardless ..... The Amapa deal appears however to be well considered & constructed (which makes me wonder how much input our BoD had in it !!) & if it comes off that hanging in there regardless will have been well worth it....

I usually lock my phones/ devices away before I settle down for an an evening with the Single malts ... but unlike you I probably wouldn't offer up an apology regardless LoL :-))

MMS sold down to nothing...... gosh I said I didn't want to go there!!!

fortunately we still have the Yangi & Sonora JV's & a reasonable holding in EMH with Amapa (when/as/if it finally happens as announced) unless that also falls apart being the thing that would likely leave all of the above forgotten & forgiven by most & of absolutely no consequence to anyone who invested solely based on Amapa in the last 15 months anyway......

take your pick sell on past performance, dilution & cost of buy on future potential of significant upside from here..... I've held for 7+ years & been buying recently between 4p & 14p - I've made my bed & take full responsibility for ithe outcome whether that's turning into a bed fit for a king or a park bench ...
