Evening MrsB.... I assume you're asking regarding the BCN placing announcement following the announcement of Ganfeng taking 50% stake in SLL..... the placing itself is of little interest to me or at what price as I don't hold BCN & now no longer does KDNC.... but from the projects perspective it's a good thing to get things 'hopefully' moving at last..... what I do like about it is the potential it holds for Ganfeng potentially buying JV1 (& 2 maybe) from KDNC but the big question would be when..... considering that the mine life as it exists for the current plan is 19 years they have a long time before they NEED more than the tiny amount planned from JV1 currently which means I'd probably be dead before it's bought from us or exploited ... however if they scale up production to meet increased demand which will likely mean increased Li prices then it might make more sense for them to make a reasonable offer to us sooner rather than later whilst they might have a slightly stronger hand under the current plan, pricing & timeframe.

The other thing I find quite 'cosy' at the moment is that Ganfeng are planning to maintain their direct holding in BCN at 29.9% in the placing, which keeps them under the 30% threshold when they must make an offer for the company.... however but perhaps conveniently if they bought our 30% of the JV's that would effectively give them a fraction over a 50% interest in the balance of the Sonora JV lands (30% plus 29.9% of 70%) to accompany the 50% ownership of SLL which owns 100% of LV.

Probably coincidence but I like the way it fits with my hopes that Ganfeng will buy us out of the JV's & if they scale up the current plan or they have someone like Ford sniffing around for a guaranteed Li supply that warrants another processing plant exploiting the JV areas it puts us in a good negotiating position too..... maybe even to the $200M range that Kiran was spouting he considered it was worth to us years ago.

Be interesting to see what might transpire in 3/4 years time if we suddenly get cash rich from Ore sales & might be in a position to devise our own plans &/or hang out for JV1 exploitation....another reason why Ganfeng might be thinking to buy it from us sooner rather than later ..... of course it might just be nothing more than fanciful wishful thinking on my part... but thems me thoughts as requested!

Possibly (maybe even hopefully!) fuelled by our continued selling down because we need the funds for Amapa/CLN..... not much more before we're below 10% & relinquish our place on the EMH board as well - which might be desirable & required if our board finally have something to focus on that might actually deliver some real income here instead of significant debt & dilution so far whilst we wait for Yangi & Sonora exploitation on the JV lands....

Absolutely agree MrsB & for sure our opinions of the BoD are different I'd never be wishing any of them (past or present) a happy Christmas .... my wildest dream currently is that Ganfeng buy our Sonora JV's for $100M+ & we get to our 49% of Amapa with no further debt or dilution .... I have my doubts that'll happen but I too can fantasize about ideal outcomes ... can't wait for my out (which has until Amapa been Sonora alone - now probably both) but as soon as it happens I shall say so & will probably never post on this board again .... & yes /when if I sell out it'll be because I'm happy to...

LoL..... I really don't understand how you can attempt to give our BoD credit for making these decisions as if it was intended or all part of some plan ..... they made a dumb RTO offer for BCN which Kiran (the then CEO) claimed he knew nothing about!!! (what does that tell you about our so called board???) ... which led ultimately, IMO, to his removal (stepping down as it was painted for print & if you ask him I'm sure) from the Board of BCN ... Kiran himself then torpedoed BCN's share price in a webinar in my opinion talking about & specifically indicated a raise price (before trying to cover it in a range) & this whilst we still had a significant direct holding which we then proceeded to sell down to 20p & below .... I believe because we were likely informed if we didn't & got out of their hair pronto we'd face the possible 'legal' consequences of what had been said....... things have 'perhaps' fallen well with Amapa & if we truly found it, negotiated it AND IT ALSO comes through they deserve credit for that ..... as for the rest - Nah!!

You've only got to look at the history to work some of it out, Lenigas was running rings around an aging & ailing Coe & foolishly shouting it from the hilltops about how many chess moves etc etc .... Seckers appointment (an experienced & proper businessman in my opinion) saw the end of Lenigas's 'game of one side chess' eventually leading him to dump his mess on Kiran & Co who until Amapa (hopefully & potentially) have made a dog's dinner of things in my view.

Looking at the time & price & what occurred they'll be sells in my opinion.....

I'm taking all the recent filing/joining of petitions as a good sign after the nudge the courts put out ... now when did that 10 day clock start? :-)

MrsB you post what you want when you want.... although if it's heaping praise on the BoD (or Lenigas) who I'm aware you have some affinity with you'll have to expect a response from me that might be in some disagreement to that view .... we both have a right to our thoughts & opinions though as well as the right to voice them, what we both agree on is the potential value of Amapa (now) & the JV's we had since long before Kiran & co started playing foolishly with our money, rainbow chasing assets & investments..... often with that snake with NPD Lenigas.

Yune - only my second & very last direct response to you.... the only list I believe you have is one of former posters you can't use again & right now is not the time to be doing anything until Amapa has finished playing out - if it succeeds few will care what's gone before, less about me, my opinions & thoughts & nothing for you & yours (which to be fair on the latter two is pretty much where we're at now in my opinion).

Taking out an unnecessarily large loan to buy BCN for a £1 a share that we had to sell down to 20p a share ....(after announcing to the public in a (seemingly now hidden/lost) webinar what our BoD &/or Kiran considered would be a significantly discounted raise by BCN) .... at a significant loss to pay off small parts of the loan which has led to significant cost & dilution after numerous 'renegotiations' .... buying into Leogang - fail..... buying into Auroch - fail .... along with destroying any relationship we might have had with BCN by making a ridiculous RTO attempt.

Regardless of how attractive & possibly well constructed Amapa might be it hasn't come about because of the above its come about in spite of it..... we could equally have still been here with the Amapa project & on potentially reasonable terms with BCN with a reasonable direct holding &/or EMH as well as our 30% JV holdings intact most of which we had prior to the ridiculous CLN which in my view led to nought but difficulties in the interim along with significant dilution & unnecessary debt caused by it.

Yes all thanks to a BoD that IMO have flapped around pretty aimlessly in my opinion trying to justify their salaries & position at our cost.... & have now somehow found themselves with (or been gifted/invited onto) a potentially company making project that either they've put together (or in my opinion more likely was put together for them).

As I've said Amapa looks a fantastic opportunity & deserves credit if/when it comes off but it doesn't change what I consider the poor performance, choices & actions between 2015 & IF/WHEN Amapa finally progresses to a point that we legally & officially own any of it which so far, by all accounts, numerous statements & missed dates has been just an agreement or ruling away for the last 15 months.

Yes... they seem to be asking for an update on bank agreements (facilitating release of funds) , question is what happens if they get advised that one (or more) of the banks is still to formalise?

I should say per the last announcement we had just over 21M... Nothing to say we haven't sold more since....

You see it because it happened.... We had over 23M shares we now have just over 21M.... It just so happens it coincided with share issuances that reduced our holding further than what it would have done if it was just down to our sales....... All good as far as I'm concerned selling EMH whilst it's high is no bad thing...
