..... threshold crossed 15th Dec .... approx $1.5M (@~50p per share) .... along with the remnants of MMS/MIO & the 'bridging' loan is possibly not too far off the $3.5M required for the additional 7% stage 2 payment ... assuming all the works & licences etc required have also been on going alongside the long awaited bank agreements.... with a few extra sold between 15th & now we could almost be there....

Well 14.43% fits in nicely with my own calcs if no selling has occurred & if no-one else can find the 'interview' that MikeBWell said it indicated 13% perhaps he could provide the link (haven't looked myself & not inclined to make the effort) ... I'll wait for the next announcement or the AGM to have it confirmed ..

......... the amount of recent dilution doesn't equate to a 2% drop in our shareholding percentage though so either 13% is significantly rounded down or we've been selling .... if we haven't sold any we should be sitting a just under 14.5% right now by my calculations so 13% would indicate to me we've been selling .... probably best wait for the AGM though when we should find out for certain one way or the other if we don't get an EMH related RNS beforehand.....

If we have been selling perhaps (let's hope) it just might be for a better reason than simply paying bills & their salaries for a change.

I really hope we get an announcement confirming all done & dusted & we've got our 20% in the next 10 days (however many working days that is in the interim) ... all just dragging on a bit long for my liking though.... if we get notice of our 20% though Bingo .... all smiles & I can ponder an alternative exit (part or whole) than I'm currently considering for some at least.

Degsie... Don't know how many times I've said but people (anyone) should not be making investment decisions based on anything posted on any boards regardless of content... Like what I post fine don't like what I post tough... I'll say what I say based on what I've witnessed & assessed over the many years I've been invested here, originally for Greenland (now gone) mostly since for the JV's & now a lot hangs on Amapa.... Nobody wants more for Amapa to come right than me .... but... I'm also (IMO) realistIc... If people sell because of me then more fool them if it turns out I'm wrong it wouldn't be the first time trust me.... but no less than poor fool anyone who previously bought on the hype & bull that many spouted around Leogang, St Luis & much much more that failed, was torpedoed or diluted & leveraged to hell all at PI cost...

Again note to ALL... do not base your buying / selling decisions on ANYTHING posted by ANYONE on these boards... Jeez how many missed targets / values by so called professionals have been realised here based on what... ..

is it? .... we also had 20% of BCN & MMS with holdings in Auroch & Clancy (by default) look what we did with those due to CLN, salaries & running costs (as well as a few choice f*** ups (yes my opinion like it or not) . ... if Amapa fails 15% of EMH is unlikely to make up the gap any time soon or possibly ever.....

A lot hangs on Amapa not just for now but for much of what might occur....like MrC I'm beginning to think maybe I should look to cash in recent purchases that are in healthy profit currently.... probably give it to the end of the year now though....

my concern over this is that money talks & big money talks a lot... nothing seems to be sealed yet & if the likes of someone like Vale, Rio or BHP with their proven management & mining credentials rocked up to the administrator & said we've got a war chest of $150M available immediately to get this operation back on its feet quickly without the need to sell stockpiles..... I think that would be given some very serious consideration by both the administrators & the courts when viewed against an AIM minnow with a not fantastic record of investment that have not actually mined anything successfully yet except its PI's..... so want Amapa to be the saving grace for me here now to either sell or sit comfortably & wait to see how the JV's develop..... but can't shake the nagging doubt that will be there until things are signed, sealed & delivered in our favour.

I'd like to think & hope you're right Dallas ...... God knows we've been on the wrong side of overpromise, underdelivery, underperformance & poor decisions on so many failed/non starters here in the last 6 years (along with the overhypers & numpties those have brought with them) ..... just hope that Amapa is the exception it appears it might .... otherwise we're just back to waiting for JV exploitation or sale..... whilst they dilute &/or cripple us with loans to people & funds at the cost of us PI's....

I'd like to think that the timeframe between dipA & dipB financing will be much reduced now to what they might have been & that most of the actions required in the background between the two has continued regardless....

my big concern at this time remains that with the price of ore as it is today & on futures is such that it might be attractive now for someone with 'money in the bank' to simply pay off all outstanding debts & fund reinstatement/recommissioning very quickly without the need to raise funds/sell stock piles & build cautiously by placings & leveraged loans/cln's & with a proper mining management in place with a plan

......yes but for how long ..... after consolidation there was 105M shade.....so already another 43M additional issued (with outstanding warrants, potential conversions &/or incentive shares to come) with now an AGM resolution to authorise issuing another 50M (33% of todays MCAP(£500k at nominal)) with a disapplication of pre-emptive rights to freeze PI's out of the opportunity to partake.....

no one's talking about blocking/voting against KM's reselection just discussing resolution 5 & the disapplication of pre-emptive rights in the case of a fundraise.

nominal share value 1p (following 100/1 consolidation) = auth to issue 50M shares

res 5 ....... disapplication of pre-emption rights means they can offer those shares to whoever they like (as they usually do) & cut us PI's out of the apportunity to partake ......if we wanted to....

res 4 is necessary & res 5 might often be considered so as well when they're raising to keep the lights on & their salaries flowing as they have for the last 5/6 years ......ultimately at our cost...... however I usually would advocate voting against res 5 as a matter of course but even more strongly so this year as a raise this year might well be to increase our Amapa holding & quite rewarding as a result.... its about time we had the opportunity to partake in a fundraise IMO & if they felt it necesaary they could get it underwritten ..... fed up with the usual suspects, contacts (mates if you like) & their self invested (with salaries we've paid) raises so far.

my opinion.... my thoughts ... each should make up heir own minds.
