Indeed .... they've got far more pressing & immediate matters & expenses to deal with before they need concern themselves with a part of the project that's still not planned for exploitation until many years into the future ....

I'd take the $50M now ..... not that that's the real reason for the raise in any event which I very much doubt .... not whilst they have so much time on their side ....

..... fair enough but pretty irrelevant really & yes I also remember the 'fag packet' 4p per share comment in 2014 also ...... however as said it was also subsequently repeated later by Kiran @ being around $200M each for Yangi & Sonora...I took it at the time that was AUD for Yangi & CAD for Sonora ...as said it was in response to someone asking whether it was 'still possible' to get the highest tier target (2.19pps) for their reward shares a couple of months before they were due to expire & after the SP had gone significantly in the wrong direction to even reach the lowest target for them.... oh if only all the webinars were available eh!!

Been really bust with work courtesy of Brexit so have mainly stuck to reading posts & refraining from comment unless something really bothers me or I have a couple of spare mins as I did this morning..... to be fair I've drawn my lines & said my piece often enough for peeps to know where I stand on things anyways .... just waiting for a suitable out point now.

How sure are you about that?

My reading of it is simply that it's a declaration on the Embargoes as in possibly the ruling/judgement on the banks petition to block (embargo) shipments being attached to the file.... i.e. Embargos de Declaração..... surely a request or motion for clarification on a ruling would be called just that i.e. Moção de esclarecimento or similar?

However you post what you want about that self absorbed shyster snake oil salesman with NPD DL ..... however there are those who like to think they're a bit buddy buddy with it &/or think the sun shines who'll disagree.

Just shows how little research & how little understanding some so called 'investors' have in regards to what they're invested in.... then they start bleating & crying cos they think they've been conned or alternatively there are those who blindly follow based on what they've read without checking it either who also start bleating on about injustice & the perils of AIM .... if it wasn't so pitiful it'd be funny.... you can understand the origins of some sayings & the one about a fool & their money are easily parted is so easily understood when you get posts from the unintelligent read by the uninformed.

Stating things as they are is hardly pessimistic it's just stating what is known BCN/GFL current mine plan & schedule focusses entirely on the 100% LV concession in the first years with a minimal amount extracted from a small area of the Mexalit JV in several years time.... so what's been said is known to be the case..... hopefully GFL/BCN will change their plans considerably due demand or they buy us out however that's not yet the case.

We just need to wait & see how what Cause took the time & effort to post up today translates into a reportable even via an RNS.... Still seems to be a lot of huffing & puffing going on with references to previous rulings & threats made by the courts none of which have yet progressed beyond just that.... another deadline days/date may now be in play so just hopeful these numerous announcements & the apparent sudden increase in urgency that is seemingly being expressed by the courts translates into actual actions, firm rulings (that aren't blocked, subject to challenge & /or turned over) & real forward movement for the project that they appear to offer.

I think it was overnight Mac.... there was yet another obnoxious dig at another poster just after (or before) midnight ... woke up this morning & it (remark & poster) appear to have been wiped....

I'm sure it'll be back though, or already here.... shame it's so easy to get a new/multiple account(s) with another handle but there you go....

Although it does say at the start that it's a final decision....so maybe it's a confirmation that the actions indicated previously are now to be enforced.... I guess we may (or may not) find out whether it means anything to us in the next day or so!!
