RE: 27% amapa21 Jan 2021 00:37
I view it as a positive protection element for us MrsB ... & one of the reasons why, despite how vocal I've been about my perceived failings of the BoD's actions, decisions & choices over the last 5/6 years, in the Amapa deal I reckon it's really well put together in terms of what we get when depending on what happens & is agreed, discovered, proven & granted .... so in the event we elect not to take our 49% it should only be if we don't see the value in it & if that's the case getting (potentially) $9M back for a $6M outlay would still be a result in my book.... less than hoped/wished/planned for but a darn sight more protection for us than they've ever secured on anything else they've done to date... which I won't dwell on here LTH's know very well my views ... newbies wouldn't give a stuff & why should they.
Obviously if all goes to plan & everything pans out as we all have been led to believe/assessed it should we'll have our 49% ultimately & move on as we deem appropriate ....
Take care & stay safe ........ hello MB & Frankie
