Degsie....with good reason there was excitement about the Lithium deposits in Sonora there is no doubt in my mind as to the potential value in them there hills.... however that has nothing to do with my view of the BoD & their performance & actions, the value of those deposits on a per share basis is now a fraction of what it was (as is Yangi) .... I really am trying hard not to keep repeating all the various elements & decisions that I feel has served us poorly & I'm not posting anywhere near a much as I did because it doesn't interest many now especially those who bought in more on Amapa based news & are currently sitting on healthy profits & why should it they didn't invest on past assets & hopes &/or the failure thereof of most (except lithium & potentially Yangi) ... but the history serves as red flags & warnings to me.... as & when (fingers crossed its no longer as much an if/maybe) Amapa is signed & sealed it will offer up the potential for selling up & moving on to more than just me.....

........ many holders here have long memories (well me at least) & whilst more recent investors may not think it relevant, other long term holders may either have some affinity with the BoD for whatever reason or be more forgiving (or express some bizarre (IMO) understanding of their prior choices & actions) personally I don't forget ....

I really hope/believe/wish & desire Amapa comes off soon because personally I believe it might be the only thing that saves us from them whilst we wait for Sonora to come in ... Dec 2019 they first announced Ore would be shipped but more importantly we'd have our 20%…… fast forward at the order of the court Ore is scheduled to be shipped without our 20% currently ..... I remember the singing & dancing about Leogang, St Luis etc etc & much much more over the years...

I'm sure General sentiment will change as/when/if we get our 20% confirmed .... even if only temporarily & after the surge of insanity of ill informed, excited & dreamy new posters that will appear (I remember well the wallys that have appeared after various announcements jumping around like kids in a sweet shop only to fade away when reality or failure sets in & you Obs have not been innocent of that in my opinion) after that initial surge of excitement we'll see where we are & how the market really values it.

I give our current BoD little credit or credence & as far as I'm concerned that's with reasonable justification after the overall performance & many poor/failed (my view) decisions, choices and actions over the last 7 years ....

Amapa (when/if/hopefully it comes off) won't change any of that, I won't forget but I may no longer feel it necessary to continue banging on about it if I no longer hold shares here ..... & for that we'll have to wait & see ...... out on Amapa/wait for Sonora .... our for Amapa get back in when Sonora gets closer if the company's JV's still exist.... hmmmm.

..... it was an uncrossing trade (UT) that's set the SP at the moment wait & see what trading does....

....also to be fair we don't own diddly squat of Amapa at the moment & until we do they could ship all the Ore, restart the mine without us & we'd still get nothing from it apart from our loan repaid at some point.... once we own something our SP should really start reflecting some value for it ..... movements before are as much more based on hope & sentiment than any degree of certainty.

My opinion anyways.

.... the banks can't be forced to sign an agreement that they don't want to accept...... of course it would be in everyones best interest if an agreement is signed (especially ours) & there might be a risk to the bank(s) of the court changing their creditor status .... I would also assume it's possible that if only one of the banks is holding out the others could sign up & leave that bank out to fend for itself ..... regardless .... although we might feel it's in their interests & the bank might feel pressured by the court by the court to sign an agreement they still can't be forced to sign/accept a deal.... so lets wait & see.

Yes ..... so I guess an alternate port wasn't an option after all LoL....

..... & of course after the previous booking failed you'd like to think they wouldn't have made further bookings they can't make ...... good news though .... especially if our 20% is confirmed before the end of March before the first one turns up.... :-)

the 4p per share has been right royally more 'done over' in my opinion by the amount of dilution we have suffered since because of....... let's leave that there as well :-))

To be fair it's currently worth to us what the market says it is (which is pretty much zip) both assets are in ground, without a fully working mine, processing & production facility (with works only just getting going) & apart from a tiny bit of Sonora JV1, currently scheduled for being exploited in 6/7 years time from now, both are probably a minimum 10+years away from providing any income to us.... 10 years is a long time in mining so I don't think we'll see much value reflected here until & unless it gets much closer to our JV's being properly exploited... when it gets closer to that point the value will increasingly be reflected as the market prices per tonne for what they're digging & selling from 100% owned areas will start being reflected in our SP as mining schedules change & include our JV's more fully within a shorter time frame.... hence if they're really worth so much to us in 10 years time it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing to accept 20/25% of that value now if it can be used for a really good purpose (like increasing our stake in Amapa to 49% for example).

Selling now for a fraction now of what one &/or the other 'might' be worth in 10+ years time takes away uncertainties of what 'might' happen in the world & jurisdictions where the assets sit in the interim..... unless of course you believe things will accelerate so quickly the current mining schedules for one & /or the other will change in our favour so quickly they're not worth selling now...... that's the tightrope our BoD maybe/are on....

possible $200M values in 10+ years time mean diddly squat of nothing today until & unless they can be evidenced, supported or realised... $50M now (or more if a buyer is prepared however) means something especially if it comes at the right time & Amapa ever progresses past the point where we actually own some of it!

They could of course agree/accept less for one or the other but personally I'd start questioning whether it was right or appropriate if it was much less & I don't really want another thing to add to my list of......... Let's leave that there :-/

....Degsie .... per discussion with Obs 17th Feb .... $200M each for Sonora & Yangi AUD/CAD/USD take your pick as he didn't mention what currency ..... as I said the other day as I recall it was after somebody had asked whether they could still reach the 2.19p (pre consolidation) incentive share plan trigger in what I think is now the 'unpublished' (November?) webinar in which he also launched what I would refer to as the 25p torpedo at BCN's SP....... Obs also dug up the chat Lenigas put up about Kiran suggesting a value of 4p a share (£4 now) for our Yangi JV which I also recall when it happened many years ago...... a lot less per share now though courtesy of all the dilution caused by debt & placing.

How much store you want to put by anything Kiran's stated previously though is up to you .... although you could argue ultimately he was right about the 25p BBC raise .... although whether that would have been/was going to be the case before he'd put it out there & BCN's SP nose-dived simultaneously who knows .... Secker didn't seem overly impressed that he'd said it if you recall though eh!!...

I remember well what Kiran announced they were worth.... however timing is everything & I'd rather have less now than more in the future if we can grow that lesser amount now into equivalent or greater value than the current future value if we don't sell it now.... Yes but no but yes LoL

Dallas.... understood but to be fair it wouldn't be the first time our BoD have said one thing then done another would it (consolidation being a prime example)...... or indeed purchased (or attempted to purchase) exploration projects prior to understanding what the development costs are to any great extent........... Those are just variables/unknowns that could be taken into account during negotiations.... there's enough mining history & experience in the world to work out what the upper & lower cost thresholds are likely to be & then work that window in discussions .... I'm not saying we will, should, are or might sell... but on the understanding we've offered up the opportunity to current partners in line with the existing 'exploration' agreements (ROFR etc) legally we 'could' sell them to someone at an agreed price if we so wanted to.... I'd like to think for the right 'high' price but then.... hmm perhaps I'll leave it there :-)

Come to that why wouldn't we be able to sell our 30% interest in Mexalit &/or Megalit to a 3rd party (assuming BCN/GFL didn't want to pay more than someone else for it)?

Not thinking we should at this point &/or prior to progressing further... but what is legally stopping us selling our interests if it was prudent/viable to do so?

.... That's worth asking & answering repeatedly again & again.....
