FH ... you're right I'm not a tizzer... in my line of work it wouldn't pay to be as getting in a flap about the unexpected occurring suddenly doesn't usually get it resolved/addressed in the best & most efficient manner for an on going solution that would also stand the test of time..... we can all make decisions about something we then live to regret..... such as maybe taking an unnecessarily high $15M loan that dogs & damages you for 5+ years, or taking a dump on what was your best friends doorstep, wasting it on broken / worthless toys .... I won't go on LoL
As to Amapa's next stages: from reaching an 'agreement in principle' there is a fair amount to do, it would have to be documented into contract form then passed around to all the relevant parties for their review that the written contract reflects what everybody actually agreed to ...any amendments to be discussed/agreed/inserted then reviewed again & providing OK organising the Times/places/personnel for signing .... after that.... lodgement, processing & formalising within the court JRP processes .... considering that perhaps 2 weeks for news was optimistic but who knows if all parties pushed their part it could be 'imminent' ...... imminent imminent ..... or ..... Kiran imminent remains to be seen .... but then setting expectations has not been a strong point for the KDNC BoD historically has it!!
I still don't expect shipments to be approved/permitted/organised until after the signing of the bank agreement contract but I stand to & may be proven wrong in that.
So pretty much just sitting tight & waiting...
Take care all..... even you yap yap :-)
