I agree I think the England test 'ashes' team will be too strong for the Aussies ... not so sure about the one day/T20 team though those could go either way IMO.

LoL .... I think I did see some wildly inaccurate values spouted at some point but can't recall when or by who & didn't have the opportunity at the time ... been a very busy last couple of weeks....

@Cause don't forget we won't need the whole $3.5M as we made them a loan the repayment of which (+ any interest) will be used to offset the next stage payment … the most recent placing was to enable payment of the CLN .... however now the banks have reached an agreement (pending signature) I'd personally rather see that used to take us to 27% (after release of the scoping study) and then place for funds to repay the CLN after the markets reacted to our owning 27% (that's assuming they don't convert the CLN to shares first & then sell for additional profits as if it was me I would (& of course if they haven't effectively already forward sold a conversion!!)).

Either way I'm pretty cool with it & am really very pleased bank agreement (& the trigger for our 20%) appears to be in front of first shipment now & for a change congrats to the BoD, instead of the usual slamming & slating, maybe on the horizon from me for a change.

My only hope and wish is that if the scoping study supports the value & viability of us moving to 49% (& I believe it should otherwise why are we here anyway) that existing shareholders are given the opportunity to patticipate based on their shareholding with excess applications accepted.

Destinations can change because many commodities (ores included) can be traded whilst the vessel is 'at Sea' in fact it's often that you have a 'chain' of supplies between parties (with or without a change in destination) whilst the vessel is at sea with each one taking a cut of the eventual CIF port price. (i.e. the mine operator sells to an international trader, who sells to a local (destination) distributor/agent who sells to an importer who uses or sells to users.... other than the initial transaction they can all happen whilst the goods are in transit (GiT).

Irrelevant where a ship is flagged/registered as to the routes it operates the registration country is responsible for checks & authorizations of the vessel & the vessel must act under the maritime operating laws of the country of registration.

The HAS funding/placing shares are for existing & new investors in HAS... we are certainly not existing & I very much doubt we have spare funds to become one.

We aren't an "investor" in HAS per se we hold 30% ownership over several mining/exploration licence areas within the Yangibana project which is somewhat different.

I don't know if I like this coming closer to our thinking and getting closer to agreeing on stuff ... but the way I see it the more funds they commit to the project and the further it progresses the more valuable our 30% in certain areas becomes ...... sounds a bit like 'stating the bleeding obvious' I know but there it is ... at least you're already thinking more already the the £5M you previously stated, now when was that?.... oh yes it was yesterday LoL

... it's a placing..... suppose we could hope it's for a couple hundred million AUD (as Kiran valued our 30% previously) but I very much doubt it....
