I did a five year comparison Bellway and PSN based on the charts here.
August 2017 Belway were £32 a share so a 10k investment got you 312 share. PSN were £25.16 so we have 397 shares.
PSNs divvy per share from 2018 was £9.40.. Bellways was £5.904.
Based on current prices the investment is
PSN 397 shares at £18.40 = £7,304 plus (£9.40 at 397) =£3732. Total value = £11,036.
Bellway is 312 shares at £23.33 = £7,279 plus (312 at £5.904) = £1842. Total £9,121.
Despite paying mind blowing dividends PSN seems to be holding its value against others that have retained earnings.
