Does anyone believe if FASO is worth anything Rivestones won't take the lions share and ditto the guys who are funding NBGC aquisition won't want substantially all of the reward.

Any tax in the South African jurisdiction will be the same whether its exported by AIR or by SEA.

The tax treatment is determined by the goods not the export method.

Riverstones GB subsiduary happened to have a director named Bell. 14,000 to once chance according to Google. Reasonable question on relationship. A reply was provided no relationship.
