Lest we forget Dukey the $5m up front payment was squandered in record time on vanity projects. A certain someone told AB to invest in Elephant !!

It's a fact we had a two year legal dispute with Soma to get the $5M up front consideration in around 2017.

Agreeing a net royalty as opposed to a gross one is fraught with difficulty. Soma will chuck everything under the sun into the cost side of this calculation - care and maintenance for the last many years set up costs non cash, machinery.

A clever accountant [ not a rusty fake one like me] could defer any payment for year

RRR is short of cash and should look to settle now for a significantly lower figure IMO.

We could / should forward sell the royalty to avoid either further hocked debt or share issues.

It's more marketable than Elephant that you think Bell should sell.

Key problem is it took us two years of legal disputes to get the cash out of the present owners of the Limon. Absolutely no guarantee they will pay the royalty without RRR taking legal action.

Remember " if Bell fell in a barrel of nipples he would leave sucking him thumb" . Not sure this one is at all straightforward as you suggest.

Nike Helpful will tell you we are in a good place. He will big up our assets our neighbours and commodity prices but despite 5 years and 10,000 posts nothing positive just a declining SP.

My whole point is if there is anything good [ which we don't know] Bell has put it at real risk by non transparent loans and arrangements totaling $5m with various HNW individuals, large shareholders suppliers and Riverstone. In my experience these arrangements don't end well.

My suspicion is the silence is on-going discussions with these parties and CLN holders on funding. They will want to protect there money not ours and we don't have a seat at the table. So anything good will by pass us.

I'm with Dukey and an opinion only but this is not the fabled " good place" but a place that could put everyone holding here at real risk.

The combined loss on published accounts £5.5m = $7.0m dollars.

Minor clarification re

- non cash items make it lower

- not all of this is funded through loans. We have massively issued more shares.

The general point is its absolutely awful.

If I lay out all the numbers exactly from the accounts will you sympathise more ? So debt up by x shares in issue up by y ?

I think when we put together what we know the case for him being an insider is well above the civil threshold ( balance of probibilities) and at criminal level ( beyond reasonable doubt).

I'm not suggesting he's dome anything wrong rather using those terms are demonstrating Insider or not.

Morally and Ethically his posting here when he is a practising Investment Advisor is in my opinion beyond the pale.

1 Sam's off the shelf SA kit which had a lead time of 6-8 weeks from April 24 to arrive FASO. AND

2 Lithium export sales they were exported in Nov 23 and have not been seen since.

Yes Helpful but it has not helped us sell an asset and it could be $10k an ounce and our assets are still pari pasu not high quality.

The juries out on NBGC but we need to survive long enough to prove the seam crosses Sunday Creek.

My gut feeling is we've hocked that asset to the major PIs so even then we fall at the final hurdle.

Short term financing is awful and $300k added to debt every month with no transparency of whose providing loans and at what rate.
