Note the bold statement. All cost for the export of the first 200 tones of Lithium to destination port are fully paid.

It's irrational and bad financial management that this is stockpiled.

Sorry but the stories of pictures and this just don't add up. An update by the company on this might help the Trust issue.

in the 30 month period whilst we waited for DRC.

This will be a combination of

- increased debt.

- fund raises

- movement in working capital .

Aim 4 and a half months is chicken feed.

Our first exports set off 9 months ago and DRC was imminent 30 months ago.

Which reminds me I "owe" Nike a calculation that proves we have blown the whole $7m we are supposed to collect in damages in running coss and dilution and added debt between Bell saying it was imminent and today. All clearly evidenced through published documentation.

For those unfamiliar Helpful has picked up I have an investment in ZEPHYR.

No one else is interested as this is an RRR board but feels like a man desperate to detract from his own ridiculous predictions on here and his 97% down in five years record.

Also appears very petty and vindictive but that's who he is as we all know.

I'm now much more confident on my investment now the man with the minus touch has deramped it :)

My moneys on options far lower than 0.2p. So 0.05p.

As interest is rolled up at 12% debt / number of options all escalate.

Will CLN terms be good or bad ?

I think as I said this morning on the whoose at the wheel all these debates are ongoing CLNs funding major PIs as we are not in a good space.

DRC or FASO soon could change that but Soma too late unless they advance sell the Royalty.

It came 7th August last year.

Interest is rolled up so I reckon options on just over 1bn shares at 0.05p.

Now that would drag on the share price in terms of multi bagging.

Q - Who s at the wheel here and what are they doing ?

A - CLN holders and major SH. They are busy scewing as much as they can from Bell to rollover CLNs, provide $250k for POW and fund running costs

RRR is not in a good place and IMO we are at a truly pivotal moment where the walls finally close in.

Plus letter one and BASF own a share of the company.

All fantastic here but I think debt and dilution close the gap between two figures.

Some real experts on here who have done the maths !!

Others will know more Dickupam but we take on $4-5bn of debt but as its eurobonds its a very low interest definitely less than 2%.

Others can fill in the detail but it explains a chunk of the gap you refer to

She never dissapoints !! I like the bit where 40p hedges in the first half reduce significantly and we have smaller hedges but at 80p in H2.

I get your point Spec but I'm with Blue.

Over twenty years Bell has never had an appetite for shares ( unless they are free options) .

In hindsight he is wise as the SP allways falls but that's not really the point and his lack of interest doesn't inspire confidence or faith.

Great humour on the other site about lack of Bell / Ettie buying shares.

I had forgotten the long lengths of closed periods he started waffling on about a few years ago.

That's a quantum leap of faith on DRC even by your ridiculous standards. Any link to RRR and its supposed settlement is wishful thinking IMO.

I was a bit horrified by the rating you supplied but it seems very low for everyone.

It's clearly a site that only unhappy people post on so is hardly representative.

Fundamentals here no debt solid and safe dividend branded name and likely decreasing interest rates and increasing consumer confidence are good . I'm happy with my investment.

Last year on this day we had an update on the revised CLN terms.

The company's communication is really poor but they really should update.

Rollover on same terms would be a real result. 12% interest.

Issue is warrants anything around 0.06p adds significant dilution on any share rise.

Good for the company to keep SHs informed.

Liquid 18 months ago you were telling me DRC was far from dead.

On 16th October 23 you suggested " of course the $7.5m was offered and this week they will transfer in the full $7.5m".

You are clearly a glass very full man.

Personally I think it's most likely dead given the lack of communication on any process but truly none of us know.

After Greenland and the Cypriot bank I would want real proof it was actually paid !
