In RRRs half year accounts the recording of the asset [ not the notes] is wrapped into the £ line investment in associated companies. When ALR file there accounts we should see it in there in all its glory. Stock or assets held for resale.

When I see it I will concede I was wrong.

In my opinion - No rational organisation would hold a stock of paid for Lithium in a warehouse racking up costs for nine months when it is hugely short of cash and issuing shares.

Time will tell.

We had 200 tonnes so we are led to beleive paid for and ready to be exported in Dec 23 according to the RNS.

Surely it's not gone missing ?

AIM Read yesterdays posts under thread boring boy - Helpful thinks I'm someone I'm not. He threatened to upset me more than I've ever been upset before three weeks ago. He then out of the blue posted " Peter and his mates are going to get nothing " to me. The use of the Congelese word Mbele which he has used a lot of times suggests the said Peter has something to do with Congo. Absolutely crazy but I think Helpful has inadvertently let the cat out the bag of some dispute over ownership of the DRC claim. If correct Bell will be livid. He has me on filter do me a favour and ask Helpful who Peter and his mates are ?

So Helpful Bell is shamed on late publication of the accounts. The theme of the institute note was Directors ducking responsibility but you throw in a red herring of "worldwide problem with auditors".

That's rubbish and you know it. NBGC is late because of the POW takeover and the company would rather it not be seen at this stage.

They are not due yet but I'm dying to see ALR accounts. Specifically the words in the RNS Nov / Dec " 200 tonnes of fully paid Lithium".

Even abridged accounts will need a SOFP and I look forward to seeing it in stock or goods held for resale. If there was no Lithium let's hope the accounts are not delayed :).

RRR licences were acquired Jan 2022. See RNS.

It does seem the vendor retains a 20% interest on production plus FASO government 20% plus Sam and Riverstone for funding x%.

The company have kept the terms of the FASO agreement hidden from SHs.

Based on this its not unreasonable to expect RRRs share to be just 30%.

Clear communications from the company would clear this up but don't hold your breath :)
