If Helpful doesn't have an actual conflict he certainly has a perceived one.

On that basis he should stop posting or the company should stop him.

But RRR does not do good governance, we do bad governance under the stewardship of a officer holding both the post of chief executive and chairman. No clear segregation or accountability the biggest No No in the good governance handbook.

We actually only know RRR own 47% of ALR as Helpful told us. RRR did not see fit to update as holding fell from 75% !!
