As I said over a year ago the limon royalty is probably the only "asset" we have which is anyway sellable in the short term. It's relatively liquid and proved.

Bell should have tried to sell it as part of his supposed asset sales even if deeply discounted.

Had he we would have 2bn shares not 4.6bn and a lot less loan sharks circling.

As ever with Bell he's played what little cards he has badly.

11th December paid - 100k supplier costs

14th December - 500k cash for running costs

11th April - 260k cash for running costs

18th April 80m free shares for board

3rd July 75m shares to pay a supplier 33k

4th July 405m shares to pay a debt of 182k.

The company is on course for 7bn shares by 31st December.

Not sure I see RRR as in a good place.

A CLN is a liability as opposed to an asset.

So the concept of accounting fair value is pretty simple. It's recorded in the accounts as amounts due including accrued interest so 700k.

The main point is RRR can't repay and needs a roll over so what price will holders demand of the company to roll over ?

Answer one to one warrants of say 0.05p to 0.065p.

On the plus side if exercised RRR gets some cash.

On the flip side a billion plus warrants at not much above today's price.

This will act as a dead weight on future SP rises and means talk of 0.2p let alone a ten bagger is fanciful.

Short term finances are awful.

Last rollover price was 0.17p warrants.2p so following same logic next one warrants at o.065p.

That's over a billion and will scupper the ten bagger nonsense

Dukey last year we had to wait for 7th August for the CLN communication.

Lots going on here and Bell may be trying to persuade debt holders to take CLNs that's what he did in 2022.

It gives him a years grace but IMO they won't bite.

RRR not in a good place at all and poor old Helpful could be the collateral damage.

His CLN will need to sit in the bottom draw with his personal holding in Elephant.

As RRR have an obvious short term funding issue and are borrowing from the few parri passu does that push your CLN down the pecking order in terms of winding up. I think it does.

Also to be clear you are not getting 12% interest it has accrued now for 24 months.

So it's capital and interest at risk.

Also you can't cash it in as RRR have no money.

Fairly logical and easy to work outband you are certainly not in a good position.

Try it for a week ? The board will be a much quieter place as most of us have more issues with you than RRR ? So one post from you drives three or sk responses from your detractors then News and Nike step in and the post count increases.

Review at the end of the week and see how you feel.
