Well if the VAT figure quoted by our insider 125k $ is correct with SA VAT at 15% we are talking 900k of kit.

You and Bell would swap your holding in Elephant in a blink for ZEPHYR you know you would.

It does not mean it will be successful but your shares in Elephant will I suspect be passed on with your estate so the ultimate slow burner.

To be clear post all you want on ZEPHYR as you have no inside interest. Have a quiet word with Stephen Fox about your interests in RRR, whether you are an insider or could be perceived as s insider ? I know what he would say.

No updates at all re Container leaving Cape Town arrived Lagos or wherever, crossed border arrived on site. That alone would have improved sentiment.

Yet we are to beleive production will start on the 18th exactly the same date the CLNs roll over. Meaning they chose not to update the market on container progress or as Dukey said it will be production without the container so anything as Dukey says from a shovel upwards.

Hopefully them have some real detail on first production, it's backed up by the Nomad in a proper RNS and some independent collaboration in terms of a statement by Sam.

That might allay the trust issues and I would concur [ as I am balanced ] put RRR in a better place.

Helpful - H50 who has an extensive knowledge of RRR and been around longer than me and has mostly been supportive of the potential at RRR pulled no punches in his assessment of the interview.

Good to have it from the horses [ insiders ] mouth that it was SA customs. $120k VAT wanted. NOT Faso.

My observations would be

- SA VAT = 15% so circa $850k of equipment from Sam's stock ?

- Stable tax jurisdiction in SA so irrespective of shipping method [ air / sea ] the rate is either nil or 15%. Excuse does not ring true. VAT is payable or not.

- if the kit was ready to fly on 5th April it was ready to ship. Company said 6-8 weeks shipping so should have been there late May ?

- as this is not a sale but a transfer of Sans company assets my gut feeling is its zero rated.

I had allways thought the problem was FASO end which is understandable and credible. But for the first time we are hearing it SA side.

I will leave others to draw conclusions but as ever with RRR lots more questions than answers and Helpful [ who should not be posting] makes everything worse.

I think after the first truck leaving Zimbabwe., trust is a huge issue.

Starting production won't cut the mustard. It could just be I tonne but through a machine. Not like RRR does not have form.

Significant detail on starting production and plans is needed. Nomad will want evidence and I think it will end up as a Reach.

Therein lies the problem trust.
