Pumpy no one would sit on stock for eight months and incur storage costs in my opinion. We could free up cash to run the company by selling even at a loss rather than issue shares like confetti. It would be a breach of fiduciary duty to hang on.

Helpful has a lot to say but has never ever referenced the 200 tonnes. Its a conversation he steers well clear of.

That's very positive as it saves dilution and reduces debt. Its also broadly ( asset sale) what Bell promised at the begining of the year

The guy next door is honest, is respected by all around him, has a track record with very few copy book blots and is a stickiler for the rules.

We are known as of questionable integrity, very seldom follow rules to letter, have allways failed in what we do and many blots on our copy book.

It would be best for all holders if Lundy hung up his boots. He like his economics so to explain.

Helpfuls postings have reach the point of "diminishing returns". They do more harm than good.

He has crossed the line and is now to the right of where marginal cost begins to exceed marginal revenue. His posts have no positive value.

For a man who likes economics Hhe will get this.

Should read any charge on assets will make rollover less likely. Holders will want out in the form of CLNs.

By my reckoning the company has authority to issue about 400m shares. Authority was obtained for 1bn and 1.5bn in Nov 23 and Feb 24. Circa 400m left.

RRR cannot afford to repay.

No one will convert at 0.2p. Not even Hapless !!

Which means rollover needed but two considerations.

What price ? I think they could demand as low as 0.06p.with warrants at 0.09p. This means an extra 2bn shares with no new cash to RRR. Talks of muti bagging with the huge dilution from this and the huge conversions last week are nonsense.

- Helpful has said CLNs rank really high pari passu on wind up. They are lower than a "charge on assets" . So if there is anything in my fears holders will be less likely to convert.

All in all financially RRR is not in a good place and has over stretched itself.

They need good news in the next couple of week.

Helpful is in overdrive but it does the company no good as his reputation proceeds him on these boards.

IMO we well get prima facie good news but as with everything RRR it's the nuances wording is it Reach or not. Everyone makes their own decision but caution needed and tread carefully.
