Speculative - it is not just RRR that has as you describe " overly optimistic forecasts destroying credibility".

Informed posters know July is very ambitious just for delivery let alone all the myriad of work production entails. Zero transparency of anything on RRR.

RRR certainly fooled me a real skeptic. I thought the combination of benefactors with deep pockets and the POW deal meant little chance of dilution. I was concentrating on what I think is a

ridiculous assumption on FASO in mid July.

The benefactors pockets are not as deep as we thought and they have I guess tired of lack of delivery.

Unless they get some cash event DRC [ quiet] ,

asset sale [ not a sniff] FASO sales [ July not a chance] or dare I mention it 200 tonnes of

stockpiled Lithium IMO we can expect more creditors paid this way by share issues.

2.5% of the company given away for 33k makes the weekend talk of hundred baggers look ridiculous.

The fact constant exploration expenditure is needed to maintain AIM listing sounds simply untrue.

I can think of a few companies that are do very little business or a fraction of RRR,s

AIM is famous for its lack of regulation as you say this is over regulation.

The fact nothing has been delivered re those cash crystalising events for nearly three years indicates to me they never had any intention of seeing a promise to cut wages through.

My advice Dukey - is get that filter on. I have variously had it off and on but much more comfortable with it on.

To be honest he's so prolific even with the filter it has a tendancy to overwhelm.

Robins in the 2022 accounts the Board according to the Auditors Littlejohns agreed to cut salaries if DRC , Elephant or asset sales was not forthcoming.

That was 18 months ago, no sign of saleries being cut. RRR is run by the few for the few.

- terms of FASO agreement with Riverstone.

- who are major investors bank rolling POW deal.

- whose providing the cash to fund running costs.

- terms of CLN including warrants.

All of it kept secret as its run by the few for the few IMO

You and news can dream of multi bagging but the reality is just as you say DRC was stolen with a set of opaque and undisclosed arrangements we run the real risk of the company being stolen from SHs.

Time Bell came clean on all arrangements to allay those fears.

Plus accrued interest of 12% Dukey.

I think they might ask for a better interest rate and yes lower price on warrants.

Not sure about red but the ability of RRR to motivate the herd to invest are long gone. Anyone of that ilk has allready been trapped by RRR and lost their shirt.

The last lot were sucked in by ALR , five Chinese buyers first truck leaving for export. All of course rubbish championed by you've guessed it Helpful ?

No not first production from FASO anyone in the real world knows that's not possible but the renewal of CLN.

The holders know full well RRR cannot repay them so you will find a lots of free warrants at a far lower price offered.

All these warrants act as a drag on the dreamers talk of multi bagging.

Yes AiM he's 68 years young and no spring chicken. He is rather portly.

The days when an RRR rise could attract the herd are long gone.

Every poster on here must have been stung at some point so no herd left.

Zumore - short term loans have been funding RRR all this year. That's why we have just the one placing.
