The ease with which POW let RRR, purchase this magnificent asset says a lot. PoW recovered in full their 500k investment and arguably made a 750k profit on the sale. POW also have a free carry should anything good come of developments.

RRR meanwhile piled up the debt and equity and produced yet another cash hungry project just at the time it's short of cash.

Most on here would prefer POW to be buying !!

In addition zero transparency on :

- what major shareholders get for funding this.

- what Sam gets for funding FASO.

CH shows New Ballarat Gold accounts as being significantly overdue [3 months] and last published accounts are Sept 22.

The absence of more up to date accounts precludes RRR shareholders from making an informed judgement on the deal. Absolutely RRR all over.

"arrangements" for FASO and what major PIs get for POW.

Informed judgements really difficult as so little detail on what the company is giving away is available.

The answer to that is no Robins.

So two parties agreeing part of the form of deal consideration in shares at a pre set SP in this case 0.15p is

- against insurance rules !

- contrary to merger and accouting rules.

A classic example of " a little knowledge is a dangerous thing" . You have read these terms and have a layman's understanding of finances. .

The insurance issue is absolutely irrelevant.

News that same first equity report from Jan 23 had a share price target of 2.8p for RRR. For the avoidance of doubt 2.8p target. . 18 months later and our SP is 0.05p.

They were out by a factor of 56 fold. Fifty six fold.

Using numbers in that report to justify valuations is the absolute hight of desperation and idiocy.

Most on here think AB asked for stage 1 consideration to be at 0.15p [ 250% above the pre deal announced share price] to make this look attractive.

POW said no skin off our nose but the total price goes up to £1.5m from £1.35m.

So neither RRR or POW were fleeced.

Classic AB treating shareholders like mugs.
