We were conned by the 200 tonnes and now we are burying bad news on DRC and FASO to concentrate on another jam tommorrow scheme in Australia.

When will shareholders ever have any good news.

Well we have being saying that for years.

God know what

- debt RRR have accumulated and at what rate.

- what assets share of FASO etc we have hocked.

- what conditions major SHs get to fund the latest jolly.

The few exercise their predominance as Bell has run out of road and the lack of transparency on how RRR is funded facilitates it.

Nothing for individual PIs as the few are taking over by stealth.

Dukey i think RRR have about 700m share headroom so no problem issuing to POW.

Major shareholders have guaranteed 250k.

Could be a loan or if its a placing at 0.05p just about enough headroom without asking SHs for more authority to issue shares.

Begs the question whose paying for monthly cash burn FASO and all the rest of RRR overheads.. No one will be doing it for free.

My guess is yet another defeat from the jaws of victory with a proposed dilution. Meanwhile in the real world FASO and DRC are still yet further away.

If there was anything good people in the know,( as is allways the case with RRR ) would be buying.

My guess is either no deal or a ridiculous amount of dilution to be put to the Board to pay POW.

That dilution will secure my nailed on prediction we will never see 0.2p and mean anyone buying in for DRC or Lithium will never get there money back.

Even more disgruntled SHs I fear !!

Unfortunately News what was a rather uninspiring update on FASO and DRC has caused the SP reaction.

I'm not sure news tommorrow will make any

difference. If the deal is still all shares or the proposal is in shares I think we could see a collapse.

Interesting all IMO but not long to wait.

It must be so disheartening being Maidit.

Unfortunately the market has reacted more to FASO and DRC delays [ and unanswered questions on who pays for FASO and under what terms] rather than the shiny new Oz toy.

They won't be on the blower at all they have their hands full.

RRR will have to test and prove up the resources on there own. That will take ages.

In the meantime problem is how to keep the lights on.

How many got in here because DRC was imminent in Jan 22 [ yes 2 and a half years ago imminancy !!].

They were then told tall tales of Lithium. End game 200 tonnes missing.

New tales of FASO April then June protection.
