In amongst all the noise and waffle key company specific information gets missed.

Most key is Helpful said we needed a permit for mechanised production and mentioned November.

That means we are only allowed semi mechanised production which could mean anything from a spoon upwards.

This is Africa so the spoon will be a start point.

- clearly News is more productive and useful then Leni is and they arrived at the same time. I think News should be on the payroll. Next AGM resolution.

I partially agree Spec and the Company might do OK from this ridiculous low SP. 99.9% loss in value when consolidation is factored in. So even a ten bagger is a 99% loss but as you say that does not determine investment decisions today.

The fundamental issue with RRR is Trust. Its run by the few for the few and I'm sorry but the whole sorry Lithium saga - Chinese buyers, exports fake photos, missing 200 tonnes was very recent in 2023. Let's hope the company has learnt its an issue and it needs to regsin trust..

- they need to raise out of an abundance of caution as they have never hit a milestone yet. 200k a month cash burn on salaries and the userous finance charges on £4m debt. July CLNs imminent as is POW [ if it happens] all point to need cash as a buffer.

- Don't agree they have optionality. All assets have been for sale for years. No interest as Pari Passu they are average against other assets.

Problem you have is trust. Whatever news comes holders and the world know they will do a fund raise off any spike.

For that reason the market is very muted to anything RRR tell them.

You have cleared up my query from yesterday. I had it in my head that existing HBR holders own over 50%.

That's both correct and incorrect.

They hold 50% plus of voting shares but not total shares ( voting and non voting)

Hoping the prospectus should provide a further shot in the arm for the SP.

Even at max value the interest payments are less than $100m which on $4.9bn is amazing.
