Looking at the announcement HBR inherit $4.9bn of debt at 1.8% in Eurobonds.

The rate is eye-watering attractive.

Anyone know when they lapse / reach maturity ?

Helpful has me on filter so won't have read my comment about him being un-interested in News theory.

He's pivoted ( albeit with a caveat) from News theory to FASO.

To me that's enough to conclude ( given his form on me being Congelese and not an accountant) that News is just clutching at straws re Australia.

From a personal perspective I can vouch for News reseach. He has me down as not an accountant as I use the term " in the trade one" and an accountant of Congelese decent due to using some word I have no recollection of. He is so far away from being right it's off the scale.

Now we have posts re Australian mining which hard to deciper (as so many words ) but from what I can deciper put RRR in a spectacularly good place..

My observation is :

- Helpful seems un-interested and he could pump.an empty bag. Seems strange

- Bell seems completely unaware but News will send him Twitter feeds.

News clearly reads a huge amount but seems to me to lack balance - his concludes on no real evidence I am Congelese ( I am not) and not ICAEW ( I am) .

He so desperately wants RRR to work, he's identifying prospects worth zillions to us.

It just doesn't hang right to me.

But let's see.

The chartered accountant is and will be right. All share deal at these prices means about 2.5bn more RRR shares.

We would be giving away 35% of this company that you think the assets are out if this world for a 100% of Ballarat.

It's non going to happen nor should you want it to

1 - Faso production June. Looking increasingly unlikely.

2. PoW deal $1.5m mostly RRR shares. Deadline for due diligence 19th April [ no update] deal lapses mid June. Transactions in shares at this SP not viable IMO. Absolute silence so doubt it will succeed.

3. Asset sales $1.5m year to June 24. Promised to auditors re going concern. No progress or stiff of an update.

4. 200 tonnes of Lithium missing.

5. DRC an amazing 30 months have elapsed since it was imminent !!

Still our neighbours are doing well. Commodity prices to and our In-house Investment Advisor without a hint of irony or any sign of compassion to LTHs tells us "RRR is in a good place"

- 5,000 ounces net to RRR soon he said

- 1,100 tonnes per hour throughput he said and

- the icing on the cake $300 -450 an ounce costs.

Helpful should hang up his boots. We need a new Investment Advisor :)

As one of the favoured few in RRR you have all the aces and a massive headstart on the ordinary Jo's.

The longer this goes on less likely they have anything substantive to say.

It was posturing behind the scenes to give the favoured few an exit.

It's harder and harder to rinse and repeat

What price next placing ? 0.04p.

But maidit when you invested in RRR a year back you said it was the floor at 0.2p.

You need to get better are picking or change your strategy. You are 80% down !!

Stick is averaging down from 0.17p.

Calling the bottom here is nightmare.

If it is the bottom they will fund raise into a spike - meaning a new bottom.

Remember 700m shares with authority to issue !!
