Still think the NOMAD made them release the holdings and good on them.

" We are issuing 405m shares to John Geoffrey Bolitho in leiu of a loan outstanding. He is committed to holding these shares for the remainder of 2024"

A sane rational company would have named the holder and stated his commitment to hold. That's what they do elsewhere : Not RRR

Well confounded from the numbers today 405 million I have to concur it seems to add up.

Stages would be

1 - investor receives subscription of 405m shares.

2. Investor creates headroom in their ISA for purchase.

3. Invester sells 405m to the open market ?

4. Invester buys 405m in ISA.

The sequence of trades are definitely consistent with that.

I'm not sure it gives RRR any certainty of the subsriber holding but that's incidental.

The grammar is really poor and the wording so loose as to be open to interpretation.

A proper statement would include:

- brief details on the equipment and quantities.

- what date was container loaded.

- where was the container on 10th June ?

- what is the port of entry ?

- how much time will delivery take - estimated ?

- how much set up time is needed.

In answer to Helpfuls question what would the SP be if production was announced next week. Honest answer. Higher but not a lot. The reason is frequent trust issues with RRR of which Lithium is the most recent but not an isolated example.

Five measures the RNS says we are waiting for.

1 - resoviour pressure

2- fluid composition

3 - well flow rates

4- Bulk resoviour permeability.

5- overall potential recoverable resources.

I am interested in views on what would be a good outcome to get us to say to 8p.

What would be an outstanding outcome to get us to 10p.

A container landing 10th / 12th July and production in mid July is ridiculous.

A reasonable lead time is 6 weeks plus.

RRR never learns - sets unreasonable deadlines and rows them back.

To be fair Helpful you said production April then June now July.

I confidently predict you will revise your assessment to August .

A cynic would suggest a pattern of unsubstantiated ramping not backed up by evidence. You an Investment Advisor and all !!!
