I think most posters know I never believed the 200 ton tale.

I think they got embarrassed by the five Chinese buyers, made up some story. Got caught out by the photos made up the third party purchase and are just hoping it will go away.

Immediately after the Nomad stopped approving and we got Reach RNSs

Nothing in 31st December accounts to indicate 200 tonnes being brought.

Similar but more minor carelessness on the ISA comment yesterday.

Very confident the 200 tonnes and trucks will not be mentioned again but want to keep this alive as a cautionary tale for investors.

The 10th June said the equipment was "loaded on a container on way to sail to FASO".

A normal unclear statement. On a container in Sam's yard where its been forever ready for sail or on the boat sailing ?

In mid Feb they said equipment in stock and six to eight week transport time.

I never get a warm clear feeling from RRR vague statements just like yesterday 200k in an ISA.

To be honest Dukey I'm not sure any legal proceedings against the company and Andrew would work.

There is amble evidence that Helpful has for years hit the broad definition of an insider. Much of my expertise is in the public sector where the bar is high. Even the perception of conflict / insider as opposed to the actuality is enough to warrant standing down.

A professionally crafted note signed by many on here raising the concerns on Lundy sent to Bell all Directors major shareholders regulators should IMO cause them to ask him to refrain from posting.

You are right on ISAs . The other board is awash with the same question.

Bell could of either made it up or confused it with a SIPP.

There is no need for all the secrecy ( but thats RRR all over). If the individual was committed to a long term holding a short statement from them to that effect would reassure the market . The SP might even go up.

I think it clumsy by Bell to reassure a bit like first Lithium truck and five Chinese buyers.

As ever with this company it just leads to more questions.

We have repaid a creditor in shares as we have no cash.

That's not good.

Helpful a few issues .

- the last DCF you did over £100m was Tin Hill. That went badly.

- I don't know our ownership of FASO. 100% 20% ? Critical factor in DCF.

- I don't know cost of production- you say $300 -450 but that's far too low.

- We only have the Feb presentation to work on the ranging is wide.

- production in mid July won't happen. Its ridiculous

Unfortunately not enough data in the public domain to do any sensible modelling.

Not long to wait now to see whose right.
