The upside potential from these levels is probably the biggest of your threesome.

Let's say that its more likely that VAL could achieve £2 per share or £100m MCap than SNG hitting roughly £24 per share and £3.6bn MCap.

Not running SNG down, simply pointing out the upside potential of VAL.

Market correction first, followed by positive trial outcome, licencing or a combination of positives that could arrive between now and end of Semptember.

Afternoon VAL shareholders. Back from my BDay breakfast and lunch. Good to see the SP still around the close price. Was expecting some volatility after a few days rise.

Still a way of fair value for the sector. At least another £15m to add to the MCap yet.

And any news on just one of the drugs or treatments which is postive really could transform this company into something special for those buying now. I don't even want to think about the SP.

Enjoy the ride to day VAL holders. Its my B day so off out. Will check back later and see how things are going.

Always going to be volatility, profit taking etc. Nothing goes straight up.

steadydanny. No one has a crystal ball. SP close tomorrow is a stupid prediction based on nothing. Its not even a fun game.

How about 0.1p to 300p. Pretty certain I will be correct.

nomlungu. Name me one company on AIM that is valued by its assets and some form of price to earnings ratio based upon net profit.

Its all based on sentiment, opportunity, potential.

If you want to value a company that way then go invest in the FTSE 100.

What makes anyone think the rise is on speculation. I dont know how to word it any clearer. The rise is a correction of the SP and not speculative or news driven. It is a plain and simple rise based upon aligning a comoany value with that of the sector and its peers. There is value in VAL without news.

My best guess would be arlund 50p without any further news from any drug to give VAL and MCap of £25m. Still lower than sector peers but I can live with that.

With some positive news and perhaps a positive COVID 19 BC201 trial why could the MCap not hit £70m to £100m. If VAL201 is good, who knows.

What is £70m in respect of SP ? Well with the warrants its around £1.15 ish.

The beauty is the number of shares in issue, cash in the bank, new leadership team, shareholder centricity and the current stage of trials. The current stage of trials is the only speculative thing about it. Everything else is correction enhancing.

consider this a correction in line with pharma sector MCaps. No news required. £7m MCap is about 1/5 or 1/6 of similar sector peers at £30m. VAL don't need news to finish the mother of all corrections.

That is my opinion. News wluld only drive the correction further.

Verditek are focusing on becoming a world class business. With that comes a world class MCap.

£300m MCap is £1 per share. Certainly does not seem unrealistic if performance keeps on improving.

Splitting the project into two x 110mw makes general good sense. Firstly because financing 110mw will not require so much as 220mw and should be easier to achieve.

Once up and running it will generate revenue much quicker than converting both at the same time.

And, as you say it halves the fuel requirement and allows N+P to get approximately 2 plants on line to feed the station instead of all 4.

The N+P JV is brilliant as it secures fuel whilst giving the parties the knowhow in manufacturing a direct coal replacement.

Nice Post Sheephatch. I stayed well clear if VAL due to constant dilution and raises. It was the new management and shareholder focus that attracted me.

When looking for value I would look at the sector leer valuations and would like to think that VAL is at the start of a correction only. This does not necessarily require news etc to justify a rise only the closing of disparity.

Not only that, having read the trading update, VAL are looking at some advanced stage trials, whilst the Japan deal (a little secretive) could be very surprising. Also important to add the BC201 40% share in the combined treatment for COViD 19 sufferers. Also may present some positive updates or progress.

With the correction now just starting, news could provide a significant re-rating of the business Nd not place VAL as one if the lowest valued pharmas.
