With the fundraise capital now in the bank and potentially multiple units in manufacturing, not just the Acciona unit or Extreme E, there should be further confirmation of AFC progress and sales prior to delivery. AB has eluded to this.

My view is fairly positive on AFC and I hate to think that 10 years ago I chose the wrong company. I have a target date where AFC will reach the magical figure and if it doesn't achieve this I guess my time here will be over. Still, thats my opinion and my positive take on this. Certainly not the type of person to turn around in one years time and say I told you so if it does achieve my target price. Thats just pathetic.

considering the sector VAL is in (Biotech, covid, oncology) and its valuation against sector peers, why such disparity ?

Looking briefly at a number of companies that manufacture test kits or trialling vaccines or oterh treatments the MCap ranges from £42m to £320m plus.

Not to say these are wrong, but has the market got VAL wrong?

The market values VAL at 1/8th to 1/60 of the market range. Could we be seeing the mother of all corrections ?

Brilliant. Glad shareholders have taken a stand and been successful. Looks like things have changed dramatically from the old VAL. The old regime certianly seemed to be ineffective in regards to shareholder value. A new VAL now and something we may all benefit from in the coming months.

Interesting that Freeks. This could provide a steady income for Verditek through distribution in the Phillipines. I wonder if they have provided exclusive rights to Solaren in exchange for a minimum volume annually ? This would then have to be contractually agreed.

Regardless. Its another positive find to demonstrate the level of activity of the Verditek sales team and contacts they are making currently.

I sold my oil and gas shares 2 months ago at a loss. Considered it for a while but took the hit in the end. Invested everything back into several green tech/renewable/sustainable companies that have an exciting future.

SIMEC have so much going on at the moment and have such a diverse portfolio. Incredibly exciting time ahead. Financial close on Uksmouth will see a large correction in MCap. Part of the fundraise is to provide additional working capital to gain approval for finance. The wording used in the RNS was not nice as it made them sound like it was needed to be a going concern. That was not the case as they already have circa £9m in the bank.

The N+P JV is an excellent deal and will secure the fuel for Uksmouth and can be sold to any other conversion project which is a direct conversion from coal.

Not even mentioned the tidal projects around the world.

no one is panicking. There has just been a placing at 12p so we are perhaps bot expecting this to accelerate away from here too quickly. But it will at some point

martyh. That is why were invested. Things are certainly heading that way. This is not a comoany that I trade in. Yes it dips back, its natural, but to try and trade these would be incredibly difficult as the SP moves very quickly.

Those that are holding long will probably be much less stressed. Some truly great posters on this board and very comforting to know that some have very large stakes in Verditek.

The good thing about using primary bid for a placing is that there should be no overhang at the placing price. Shareholders are asked to apply for shares at the placing price rather than a broker selling them into the market for weeks or months on end.

I can only assume this is how it works. AFC Energy raised capital at a 25% discount recently yet the SP has remained at least 25% above the placing price.

Considering what SIMEC have lined up over the next 6 months I would expect the SP to return to recent levels fairly quickly at least.

Verditek are really going places and will always have the knockers trying to run them down. Its just what people do.

I have emailed Verditek to make them aware of the articles. I am sure they already are.

I wouldnt be so sure that TW has finished his efforts to destroy Verditek just yet. 3 hours ago releasing another article stating he has written tk the FCA and AIM regulators to suspend Verditek for fraud.

He refers to the FCA as chocolate teapots. Nice !

Feeks. Personally I don't trust either of them. There motives are obvious, whilst the information used is historical and holds no reflection of where Verditek are today.

Have g re read the RNS over the last few months i can only see this getting better and better for Verditek as their product is accepted in the market and more orders are secured.
