Absolutely. Agree. We are only at 14p ish and have had a good few days. Anything suggested is not a ramp its just an opinion. Certainly doesn't mean it will happen.

ST. I am only here because you mentioned VAL on another board. I did a bit of research and could not believe what is was seeing. Managed to build a nice holding at just over 8p.

TBH i think this is probably got the furthest to go of my portfolio based upon no news.

VAL - previously unloved and provided no shareholder value have transformed themselves thanks to shareholder action. They are now focused on returning value to shareholders and the low MCap and low share capital is brewing for a perfect storm.

My god. This could get to £30m MCap before its even fair value. That 4 times current SP. I dont even want to think about it if something positive happens with a drug or treatment.

The free float must be non existent. Anyone selling is feeding the rise.

Borsaici. The warrant owners may not get an option. VAL can serve notice and cancel the warrants after 5 days if not exercised. That would allow them to raise the same capital but at a higher price should they cancel the 13p warrants where not exercised.

ST. There is no reason I can see that stops VAL having a comparable MCap to sector peers.

20p is still only £10mln MCap.

And essentially about 1/3 (at 20p/£10mln MCap) of SAR (not saying SAR is miss priced, just making a comparison)

IM efficiency could be a full 20mw on its own. Hopefully that one is succesful.

My view is that £30m is a start. Thats 58p.

From there on positive updates or more, well , anyones guess is as good as the next.

No instigation necessary. RR has shown continual great leadership. He has addressed the concerns, shut out the background noise and continues to take the business forward.

By doing this shows shareholders how determined he is to grow the company into world class organisation.

After a rise of a 30% from the placing price some consolidation is necessary.

Also very confident that word is getting out about SIMEC.

I assume that is what you were calculating. If so, it just shows how undervalued VAL could be.

There are only 52m in circulation. Quite a few in sticky hands so freeing those up make take a bit of a rise for holders to start selling into it. Churn will be required but I can't see much of that at this level.

If the SP trebled from here VAL are still nowhere near the MCap for pharma/bio tech sector peers. And that's without any positive news about 1 of 4 poasible drugs/treatments

I agree. I look for companies that are working to improve life in general. Be that through developing drugs or treatments for human health or through environmental impact such as renewable/green tech sector. Some call this ESG investing (Environmental, Social, Governance)

Val would fall into this category in my opinion.

Certainly shines a light in a particular direction. Banks/spread betting companies and directors don't buy shares in order to lose money or because they think the SP is going down.

From a perspective of a director buying, they are in a better position than anyone to understand the business performance and value. That is why there is regulation over this type of purchase.

To me both these types of buys are clear signals in the absence of immediate news. Fortunately we should be rising on MCap realignment and valuation bringing this back to near or in line with the sector peers.

Good news on any drug will only take it forward again.

I had seen that target previous but I assume it does not consider revenues from N+P. However witht the additional shares from the fundraise they may cancel out any gain from a revised target.

They are all speculative anyway. 77p would be a nice target for 11/12 months time.

interesting read. Hadn't looked at it like this and certainly makes sense that they would maximise profits by selling to DCs rather than wholesale to the grid.

Also very interesting to understand the value of the N+P fuel pellets. That is a no brainer.

Where does the 77p target come from ? And what is the time scale on this as once profits are generated in this sort of region SAE would surely be looking at Mcap in the Bns not the Mns and the SP based on current share capital would be in £s not pence.

Just a question as 77p target seems short term and not 2025
