Just taken a small position of 375k shares. I really like what I see and believe with the increasing product range and exponential increase in revenue this company could be on track for much bigger things.

Also the recent placing has provided sufficient capital until the ned of 2021 according to the report.

Hoping to see a steady and stealthy rise now. Looking at the chart i would not think 3p is unrealistic short term.

A little more slippage this morning. Wasn't expecting to see 15's again. Will keep my eye on this today and potentially be grabbing myself another 15k of these.

The.Italian. Yes, that's right. They have to be outside 30 calendar days. I expect that the director buy from the open market was well outside the 30 calendar days as VAL201 results are end of Q3

The.Italian. The trails finished months back and they have actually made progress updates throughout the trials. They obviously have more detail than the market but have not withheld information. The data is now being verified by an independent person/body prior to release of headline information.

Originalharrystamper. Thanks for the links. Worth keeping an eye on these as they will surely update them as and when applicable changes are made. I was going to look for the very same links, so this was much appreciated.

I agree. At 2p this was off the radar and ridiculously undervalued at £6m. But Verditek had no RR as CEO and no sales to mention. People started to catch on when the SP was 5p which was still just iver half the IPO.

We do look at a rise and think 300% is a lot but in reality its a correction.

Verditek have a unique product and are gradually finding several large target markets. The MCap is still under £50m which in comparison to the sector could be seen as an insignificant valuation.

The solar market is so large and with the Verditek USPs targeting diesel power replacment in remote off grid locations, we could expect to see exponential growth as further regulations come in and sectors are forced to find alternative power sources. Verditek will obviously need to increase capacity at lainite, which is on the cards and been discussed. I would expect that further down the road there will be further capacity increases and/or licencing. This has been made clear.

At this point the initial growth we have seen in the MCap will be insignificant and the current MCap of <£50m will be a thing of the past.

Oldbaldy. To really do an SNG type rise and have an equivalent MCap the VAL SP would be £6.46 based on closing the current disparity.

However, £2.36 would do just fine.

I had a limit order in last Monday for 8.5p. It never triggered. I then raised it to 9.5p but the police rose above 10p by 9 am. I waited an hour or so and managed to buy at 9.5p once it settled.

You are right. In the grand scheme what does it matter, if the SP is going to levels we are hoping.

haha. Yes. I have started buying in round numbers always 5k minimums. I just can't stand it otherwise. I am in for 25k Monday. Gives me a nice round number. Want it under 15p though.

ST. This is one in my portfolio where I say to myself 'why did I not buy more' . I guess we always reduce or minimise risk. If I can get another 25k below 15p on Monday I will be happy.

Vicjain, the re rate is underway. Only just starting but it is underway.

Oldbaldy. I love a 'wife' storey. I try not to show her my trading account. She just looks for ways to spend it before anything is sold. I get why you have now show her you are in profit. I have a company like that. Invested for 10 years and now about 70% up but have always said it will be worth so much more. Out of purely me being stubborn I will not sell a share until its reached my target price then I can say ' I was not wrong 10 years ago, I was just early'.

I was thinking the same. Could this be incorporated in the flexible solar PVs that Verditek produce and increase efficiency of the current system whilst maintaining the flexibility and durability that they have. If not then the Perovskite PVs are no competition for the markets targetted by Verditek.

Or, will this be bettered by a full scale graphene enhanced PV ?

It rose when they actually made the sell on Wednesday. The MMs needed the shares to feed the market. If no one is seeing and there is more on the ask they would have to gap up to force sellers to part with the shares. I dare say they have a trading strategy that forces them to sell a % on each incremental rise.

0.8% is 430k shares or about £60k

Bobbobbins. Lets put in perspective. It totals about 430k shares for a grand old sum of £60k. Locking in a few gains on the way up and feeding the markets.

It happened two days ago at about the same time as the price made a big move. Lets be honest, it doesn't take much for someone to take a 3% stake in VAL when the MCap is circa £7.5m

Steadydanny. I was not implying either that I know people that have sold out here leaving 1 share. Just that I have heard that practice elsewhere.

Also nothing wrong with moving capital about. Whatever works for you. VAL is not my only holding. But it is currently my most immediately promising that has the most potential short and medium term.
