I agree. That could be the case. 50p would not be out of the question and would value them at around £250m. Still shy of the £325m Net EV estimated in the broker note.

If they can secure funding for these large projects, they must be financially viable. I am sure we will see this in the future perhaps on further conversion projects.

I cannot understand where they are getting the shares to sell at below 14p. There are no major volumes, yet the price is sub 14p to buy and you cant get any.

Last drop we had there was volume behind it. Not so this time.

Its bid has been higher than ask. Just quoted 19.1p to sell 15k and 19p to buy.

Ended up pushing this for too long and topped up with 15k shares at 19.3p. Happy with that as my gut feeling is that the SP should start to correct to somewhere nearer fair EV for SAE. The Net EV was estimated at £325m in a recent broker note. The financing although very important may add a little value to Uksmouth but regardless, the estimated net EV is 3 times current MCap.

I never buy on open. Its settling down now. 19.98p to buy.

Will give it a while and then take the plunge. In the end, I don't think it will sit around here for long.

There is a lot of news to be delivered regarding Uksmouth and at these levels a positive result is not factored in. The finance is a major milestone and a fantastic start.

Clorox are a very large company. There is every possibility that they are looking at ITX products for including within their own products. Looks very promising

Hana can obviously see that on a project case basis there is significant return from these conversion projects.

One of my concerns initially with SAE was 'how are they going to fund Uksmouth?' as this is a major project for a reletively small business. That really does not seem to be a concern anymore and a likely model for future projects.

Success at Uksmouth really could be 'massive' for SAE. Needless to SAE I will be adding to my holding today as this has significantly de-risk for me on this basis.

MCap is only £87m whilst valued at £325m Net EV. This will only secure greater value for Uksmouth Power station within the portfolio making the MCap of SAE look long overdue for 'The Mother of all corrections'

I also believe the SP should be much higher than it is now.

Where will it go tomorrow ? IMO it will fall a little way yet. That is why I sold out over the last two days. Truth be known nobody really knows but a little preservation was my response as the sentiment turned a little towards the sell side. Preservation of a rise in order to perhaps gain an advantage in buying back lower.

If it don't work, I am the one losing out.

Yes, this is a tough one for trying to time a top up.

Massive upside potential. Fingers crossed that some good news starts to filter through from Uksmouth regarding planning and environmental consents.

Considering it used to be a dirty coal fired station the SIMEC project will be a marked improvement and will resolve some of the UK landfill issues.

I will get that top up but trying to buy under 17.4p (price of first purchase). Its becoming increasingly difficult.

Np-UK. What you read on here are opinions. Because someone thinks a company is undervalued doesn't mean the value will rise.

As I said. At £7m MCap this is undervalued by a long way to the sector peers. Was todays drop due to short term profiteering ? Maybe

Will the SP rise tomorrow? Who knows. I think it should be much higher anyway but I have sold out. Thats because I went with my gut and preserved the gains. Does that make it wrong ? No.

If the SP goes up and I sold out today, am I going to moan ? No, annoyed ? yes.

You have to make your own decisions and mine has not changed but I just don't hold any VAL shares right now.

Really hope this works out here and will be buying back in. As soon as it dropped below 15p and down to 14p I could not see it holding. Fortunately that is still nearly 100% gain.

Tomorrow this may rise and I got out at completely the wrong time.

This is still very undervalued and should be on oar with the sector. Unfortunately there are many traders that will play these shares. I am just learning when enough is enough. It feels good to take a profit but I certainly don't have a clue what I am doing.
