They are definitely doing both. Manufacturing and any panels not sold will go to stock. Can't imagine that they will build up much of that. The Australian marine sector order was shipped straight away so they must be working to at least the 20Mw capacity and not just manufacturing to fill orders.

Verditek will not tell us about every order they recieve as some will be insignificant in the grand scheme of things. I do expect that between the 1 sales staff we will see a substantial order announced at some point in the near future.

The September interim should provide a nice insight to the projections for the rest of the year and possibly tell us just how many MW have been sold since the start of commercial operations.

Lets not forget that break even on the 20Mw capacity was 6-7Mw of sales. I expect that was running at 20Mw capacity to drive efficiency in production. Hence the emphasis will be on sales and not to manufacture for stock.

RR is a very switched on person commerically and from the manufacturing aspect. I think he is the key to transforming Veridtek into a global solar powerhouse if you pardon the pun.

EQT have proven technology, it is not a case of trial and test, more R&D, it is a case of pursuing orders and now generating revenue. Which is what they are doing and growing.

EQT as SAE solve immediate problems and can generate immediate revenue.

Placing was good for them to assist in initial project stages and take a stake.

Patience. I know how to do that having been in AFC since 2010 and still waiting.

I would expect that a number of interested PI's will have been researching SAE over the weekend and looking for a good entry price.

A diverse portfolio of energy projects makes SAE an attractive proposition at this level. Considering that if Uskouth goes to plan the business may be generating revenues well over £100m in 24 - 36 months time and may have further coal fired station conversions to attend to.

Possibilities for this are endless

The big one for me is IM Efficiency. This could lead to an initial order for 4000 vehicles with approximately 5kw of power per vehicle. That would be a full 20Mw in one hit.

Paid trials started June of the Verditek flexible solar and are due to take 4 months so they can be assessed and annual saving estimated. Expecting an update or, fingers crossed, an order in October.

That would be very good one to wake up to.

Looking at the Australian marine order, Verditek are continuing to manufacture and not just producing for confirmed orders. This will make the facility more efficient and also provide some assurance to customer that want large orders that Verditek can actually deliver.

The increase to circa 55Mw will eventually be required and definitely will be required should the 'solar on top' order come through.

That is an improvement on what I had in my head.

That has really confirmed to me that at this level there is massive potential for growth with little expenditure to increase capacity. In my head, the current capacity was $15m and to achieve the $25m 2023 projection may require a large capital investment to double the capacity to $30m sales production.

At $0.5m to double capacity it is a good investment for ITX. Its quite feasible that this CapEx could come from revenue generated in 2021/22 as there is potential for break even next year due to the increase in revenue, decreasing OpEx and improving margins.

The more I read the better it gets. Fully understand the poor period they have been through but the focus on sales over further product development was a defining moment and inflection point.

Yes, this is becoming a very exciting company. Who knows where the company will be in a few years time with Uskmouth under their belt and potentially a list of new partnerships for conversions of existing coal fired stations.

If ITX are projecting revenue of $25m in 2023 representing £20m at a 40% margin they could see operating profits of £8m. Whilst Opex is reducing due to the focus on sales over product development we could assume Opex of £3m leaving £5m before EBITDA.

the PE for the industry ranges between 20-25 for P&G, Croda and Unilver. Using just PE of 15 which may not represent the potential growth from 2023 onwards and without further assumptions on what Tax, depreciation and amortisation will be, a simple multiple of the estimated £5m profit x 15 PE would result in an MCap of £75m or 17.5p without further dilution.

And you never know who any 1 of the the 15 strong sales team are speaking to and just how close they are to signing a new major contract.

Verditek are clearly making sales but do not notify the market of every single one. We may see a shift towards a larger number of orders with greater size as the offgrid diesel power generation market is well penetrated and customers begin to see what the sector is doing with the solar in a box Verditek have done well with through SAF.

The sales team are probably well incentivised and will be hungry for getting the product to market. This will grow exponentially.

The potential for ITX is huge. Very keen to emphasise that they are now focusing on sales of the current products (revenue) and lessened the development of new products (expenditure).

However, as SIMEC are a partner in the fuel pellet manufacturing for Uskmouth, It could be assumed that the N+P partnership will also be charging for the waste. So instead of the power station receiving a gate fee, it will be the fuel pellets manufacturer that received the fee.
