Yes. There will be a fund raise. Check the threads on here from yesterday, but why is that an issue if you have a £1.14bn asset and MCap of £33m
Expect the SP to rise from this level and any capital raised to be at a higher price minimising dilution. What is another 40m shares anyway ? In the grand scheme of things its nothing to get FEED complete.
That is just a guess based on the last fundraise. However if they need another couple of million and the SP is 10p its only a further 20m shares. So what ?
When the finance for construction is in place, what value does that add ?
Currently 3% of NPV. Rediculous. MCap should be much much higher. Telling us they are raising funds just shows determination to get the construction complete and the mine facility up an running.
$184m per year, post tax on a PE of a Conservative 10 (19 year mine life so being conservative) even though that is based on 43% of the resource, you would have an MCap of £1.8bn or £1.2m.
If we reached 800m shares with some extra dilution we could all be sitting on an SP of £1.50.
So why worry about a fundraise? When the end result is absolutely massive.
