So the ball is in Aries court and the next move is for them to serve on EQT.

EQT have responded to the complaint. This was set out in the RNS dated 28th July.

The response is very robust and identifies 'prior art' gasifiers. If EQT counter claim in addition to defence, should they actually be served, then Aries may find that they have no patents.

Because of the letter sent by EQT stating these facts, Aries should think very carefully before serving notice on EQT as this may lead to them losing not just a infringement claim, but their patents and the whole essence of their business.

They have around 35 days to think carefully about that !

According to US law they have 90 days to serve which would take that to 7th October.

If not served by that date the court will dismiss the action without prejudice

Too add to this information, I am currently looking to add to my holding and not concerned with day to day SP movements. I personally am looking for the best entry price for the top up. I was happy to pay 0.62 for a top up last week when the gap closed and happy to pay 0.63 today or less if we see a little drop.

Regardless, Eqtec have to deal with this and appear to be doing so fairly aggressively.

Shaedjock. Been investing a while. Just get frustrated on days like this. Its happened across everything I own today. So portfolio is down quite a few quid.

I am not here for a short term investment. This is at least 2 years for me. AFC is my longest at 20 years. All very painful when you build up a substantial holding based upon belief and the see errosion.

Thats all, not wasting my analysis and research based upon a down day.

Great share for traders this not so good for the nerves of longer term investors. Low volume drops seem so unnecessary.

need more stability here in the SP. One minute we are up at 17p the next its down sub 14p again. To some here it makes a very large change to their portfolio for every penny change.

When there is nothing to report the SP should not be subjected to such large swings as its very off putting. Especially after the attack the company had to defend a few weeks ago.

I agree, investors are getting bored. Was expecting to see some chunky sales leading into the final quarter.

To be cash flow positive the sales team are going to have to get on with it.
