I could never claim to understand how any of their drugs work but the new business model and reduction in overheads and salaries shows a significant shift towards regaining the trust of shareholders.

The ball is rolling now. To achieve free cash flows by the end of the year is a very positive target and will mean RR has turned the business from R&D to commercial success.

actually, I got this wrong. Looks like the warrants are 1 additional warrant share for 2 fundraise shares. So, only approximately 9m additional shares and potential £1.2m raised once SP is above 15p for 5 consecutive days.

That's circa 18m shares at 13p. Totalling approximately £2.3m and leaving VAL with around £4m cash an MCap of approximately £11m once the 18m shares are admitted.

My research this weekend has resulted in me feeling very similar. With only 52m shares in issue possibly 70m after warrants exercised at 13p, a successful trial in any of the 4 drugs could propel this.

£4m MCap will look ridiculous. Even £40m may be too low.

I dont doubt that Feeks. I have no reservations with my investment and neither do the ADVFN posters. RR is doing a fine job since joining Verditek.
