You are still only going to get 525koz no matter what the x5 says but the costs are 5x less.

There’s far more to come from this share, the last 3 days have been super informative and confirming my thoughts on the future here.

Interesting to hear Shaun’s remarks on a Regional team going to take control of the Telfer SE mining licences about 30 minutes in on that recording.

He talks about them being mineralised near surface and the possibility 3 of the anomalies may be joined up.

The team have the task of increasing the ounce resource in that area.

Greatland have reapplied for 2 licences near the Atlantis anomaly on the Juri area of the Paterson Range East.

There’s 2 licences involved bordering the Rio jv where they’ve recently indentified 4 targets in the Atlantis area to be drill tested this year.

From memory the drill on the Atlantis Juri anomaly found gold in the breccia pipe.

The area takes in some parts of the Goliath anomaly that were surrendered by Newcrest as Managers. Also the west side of Outamind is in these licences.

Looks like it’s been forgotten already possibly down to its complexity .

The indicated resource increase at Havieron is incredible with an 86% conversion factor really working wonders.

I was just getting used to the West pit long section in yesterday’s RNS and they’ve issued another one today going deeper and if you have seen my Presentation you would have expected it. Astounding what grades they are finding all over the place.

The best thing about today’s RNS is what’s not in it. Yesterday and today is just the start, great stuff will becoming all year.

Newmont the biggest don’t want it they just sold it.

Northern Star just spent a fortune buying de Grey and they have a big capex there building a plant.

Any other company will be looking at Telfer and thinking not at this time it’s not proved up enough and Havieron still has a big capex to find.

More exploration is required on the West Dome pit to keep it functioning. The forward looking ounce forecast needs to be a lot longer than 2 years.

Big stumbling block with Wyloo in the way, why would they want it when Shaun and team are doing a fantastic job making them money for not doing a lot.

Just going back to what we know that Havieron can produce 2.8mt per year, that has been proven with the stoping mine plan. That plan will struggle to get more out than that, one constraint is the shape of the crescent and the 2 long arms with stopes running through the centre of the sulphides. That is a construction constraint and stops the stopes cutting across at the start of the arms from being progressed so they have to keep going downwards to maintain production rates.

Secondly the transport out is just about able to get 3mt out from the first level stopes but as it goes downwards the transport is less viable. A conveyor that meets that tonnage would be ideal, I would have preferred a railveyor would have been more adaptable.

Getting more than 3mt per year out means bringing in weaker breccia ore, that will dilute down the high grade ore. More ore for relatively little gain.

3mt per year to Telfer means 3 to 4 months of processing but this is at a huge gain in ounces over 10mt of Telfer ore. That ore could be stacked after Havieron ore has been processed.

The WDD drill drive is way above the orebody and they’ve had to spiral it down to get near it. Whether its original purpose has changed I wouldn’t know .

It hasn’t got a Feasibility Study but I’m presuming it has a PFS as it definitely has a mining plan.

The new drive looks better positioned to get to the hoist and underground crusher.

I’m surmising that the drill drive will be eventually part of the ventilation system and escape route. It’s not good to only have one drive. At Havieron there is a single Decline but there are parallel vent drives and escape shafts. Telfer is too deep for escape shafts.

If they continue to use one drive then downtime for the rigs could be an issue, you can’t drill and blast at the same time. Second drive makes sense to me with a mine plan in place.

Ggp are saying it’s another exploration drive . On the section they are showing it extending over the West Dome Deeps. They need to get the drills closer to the orebody.

The drive could eventually be used for production.

Here’s my summary

A lot of what I’ve been saying recently and at my Presentations has been confirmed or in the process of.

The ESC is a big structure with fairly high grade intercepts. The 2 rigs are concentrating on it. It’s sizes are 100x 40x300m it could be a small mine on its own.

The A reefs are smaller but with very high grade intercepts, the A50 reef in particular. One intercept has copper at 12.2% exceptional.

Stage 7 has started which I mentioned could leave a gap in production which I was worried about but this seems to be addressed having started. This cutback is an oxide deposit so the grades and recoveries are going to be lower and the quarterly forecast shows this reduction.

Stage 2 is getting deeper with outstanding grades( how deep can they go before underground mining commences?)

There are comments about the reefs under the pit esp the E and MVR being similar to the Main Dome, the zone between the pit and the West Dome pit has not been surveyed yet as far as I know.

The increase in gold and copper recoveries deserves a round of applause 👏 to the plant team, astounding probably the reason for the stunning 21% increase in gold ounces over the mine plan.

Decline advancement rates steadily increasing month on month to 470m per month. Great news that the decline to the WDD has started.

Reserve report now due in April followed by a Sustainability Report.

2 more underground rigs due for the WDD in June quarter.

They will be drilling the core of the WDD as they can’t reach the extents of the LLU unit from where they have been drilling, the decline needs extending.

The core could be massive in tonnage turns if the NSR shell viability includes the vast majority of it.

Known dimensions:-

From the top to the deepest known drill intercept is 400m, width across about 300m and known length 700m.

That could be 235mt if all mineralised and still open, that compares to the SE crescent at Havieron.

Havieron is deep it needs a lot of infrastructure, the WDD is practically horizontal easier to get at.

The unknown here is the mineralisation of the core and it’s extents and particularly what’s above it eg reefs.
