I can't help smiling when thinking of him one day he stood up and angrily shouted " like not happy, I'm not happy".

I think I'm rubbish at this limit buying, didn't get last Thursday/Friday at 1.43 when it went down to 1.4305 i got one in now for 1.475 and it nudged down to a low of 1.495 but still got my cash. Oh well have another go tomorrow in no rush

I still got a big chunk from my Psn sell
Spent a bit of it on GGP, Primorus , gfrd and Cerp all punts very optimistic though, I'm very cautious on holding the cash. My limit was for half the cash left and going to try for 143 again which I doubt I will get and I'm going to sit on my hands with the rest
Judging by Fridays market I'm expecting it to rise tomorrow, good finishes for construction material and plant shares such as Ibstock, Marshalls, Ashstead

I tried a limit buy on Thursday of 143 and it went down to 143.05, is that not bad luck or what :((
hopefully try again tomorrow but can't see that price returning

Sounds to me like he has sold Bdev while their high and bought Tw while their low.

It's no good holding Bdev for the divi the amount they drop after x divi while holding Tw for the divi for him might be the best option

Looks like the Psn lease news could be dragging us down too. Would like to hear some news soon if we are effected or not.

With only 4 weeks left to x divi there doesn't seem to be much upside at the moment. Getting very close to my buy in price

If a bid came in here a 50% bid increase is very likely to £2.25 like Greene Kings but with the pound dropping more it could be double. Warren Buffet has a war chest and likes buying in the uk and the builders are rich pickings
Personally I wouldn't be keen to see Tw get taken over

My lad took his family round the titanic museum in Southampton
He phoned me up to ask if we got any relations that were on it
