If UkOGs announcement of rig on site is anything to go by it won't be that, the sp hardly moved.
Hitting oil in the Upper and Middle Cruse could move the sp as this would be unexpected

The only guide we've got on production for Saffron is the UBOT 1 well and as stated on the presentation productivity is uncertain from that well but produced 207bopd. That is all we can go on as a guide, it's aiming for the same strata.
Depending on bore size and down hole pump used we may get more. The direction of flow as indicated is toward Saffron up dip which should aid production
I'm keeping my expectations on the low side to avoid any disappointment but I'm really more interested in proving up the asset which in the long run is more beneficial to the sp

Well I can't see much building work being done today not seen rain like this since 2007 when Worcester got flooded bad. That was 2 weeks after I went to a site of 84 apartments being constructed by the river and 15" of flood water stopped work. Got some great photos of the cricket ground and racecourse underwater

It's been interesting comparing the progress with the Saffron well with UkOGs Horse Hill well lately.
HH is ahead of us with the first drill and testing of 3 layers and just gained permission for 2 more wells . The rig is due shortly.
The geology at Horse Hill is open naturally fractured layers which is easy for the oil to flow and targeting 30m barrels reserve with a recovery factor of 10% to 45% producing 3500bopd
Their testing and finance in place means they can produce a Cpr report, this may mean a raising of reserves and more oil to be recovered
I'm not expecting Saffron to have an open fractured geology but sand/silt layers that will flow but with constant cleaning of the pumps like Goudron
We are targeting 10m in one layer with 2 unknown layers with a bit of luck we might achieve HH's 30m reserves.
Analysts are saying HH could be worth 5-7p on it's own with 7bn shares in issue

If that's anything to go by Saffron could be worth today's sp on it's own.

Well I'm being over cautious don't want any disappointments this time.
It's the reserves I'm more interested in, they've estimated 10m barrels for the lower cruise if the other layers have 10m then it becomes a big asset
A horizontal well in the future could produce upto 3 x the bopd

My guess the lower cruise will give about 200bopd on pump same as UBOT 1 well but the unknowns are the 2 higher layers.
These 2 layers could be the same as Goudron producing around the 50bopd each on pump, so that's 300 in total
Initial flows should be a lot higher but I hope they won't tell us and don't think they will anyway

My account shows they paid in April a final/special of £3.1951 and in September £1.7314
Dividenddata site shows the same
It was the best payer this year I could find
I did say I was no good at maths :))
But it does show how undervalued Tw are

With the big companies issuing high dividend lately I have been comparing their divis to Tw in a simplistic way :))
Rio sp about £42.50 and Tw c£1.60 the diff is about 26x multiply by Tw 18p divi is c£4.85. Rio paid out a touch higher below £5
Doing that with Psn comes out at £4.55
Next would be only £1.40( no specials)
I'm no good at maths :))
But I think it shows how massively undervalued this company is at the moment and better value than Psn in my opinion

Somewhere between 1.96 and 1.46 looks like the average is a bit higher than today's sp

I know nothing about them apart from driving
More interested in how they will be powered in the near future. It does surprise me that manufacturers haven't designed another filter on the exhaust to reduce emissions
Roll on hydrogen power for cars and houses :))

Went to Droitwich the other day Psn site causing havoc on the A38. Apparently the council are not letting new owners move in till the infrastructure is complete but they've carried on building regardless
Looks a complete mess and they've closed a pub. sacrilege !
