I think the cost of borrowing would be approx £27million
Pension deficit a similar amount. Carillions pension deficit was north of £600 million !

We are in a closed period due to the H1 reporting period. No director dealing allowed. Even if we weren't if the CEO had any discussions with buyers for the homes division he would be party to inside info.

Thats a massive £8.5 million difference. or 1.8% of total debt or 0.9% of the debt facility. However there are currency hedges in place to mitigate against currency fluctuations so they will currently be in the money.

Yes its a shame, the £300m Leeds scheme was worth £40m in revenue to Kier next year. Assuming a 5% profit margin thats a whole £2m of profit missed with all the risks that go with the project. At this stage Kier needs all its working capital to focus on its core business and £10 billion order book.

As a former employee you should be in a better position than us outsiders to answer that question. Whats your take on days to pay subbies and suppliers at the moment ?
In my view you might as well wait until after the trading update in September before you buy back in if you wanted to that is.

The sales growth in America looked strong, is it not the case that AMLs hopes for growth are here together with the growing wealthy middle classes in emerging markets ?
The shorters have shown they're willing to close at prices well above todays. I don't think they would have done this if they thought they didn't absolutely have to.
Interesting to note classic car values do well with QE and zero interest rates.

You've got to ask yourself what could be the motivation for people to post many times a day on a board for a stock they are not invested in. So many posts in fact that they made the number one spot on the pumped or dumped website, its all very strange.
Any one got any ideas why someone might devote such time and energy to such a nefarious pastime ?
